“Lived here for 2 years, we have had some issues but nothing any worse than what I read on Nextdoor App. when the manager sees you doing something against the rules yes, you will be sited. Unfortunately many residence break rules and do not get caught also our neighbors have accumulated trash outside (they do not use a trash service), their roach infestation became our problem! We have had to put cameras on the perimeter and at the door prompted by various reasons but like I text this is not unusual as NB crime rates are becoming rampant the cops do not care they just say go online and file a report that never gets follow up. Gwenda the manager does a fine job and is quick to respond.”

“Best RV park around! Quite, peaceful, well maintained. All inclusive with a beautiful country setting only a few blocks from downtown Santa Fe with all the conveinces for your needs. 20 minutes from Galveston for entertainment, fishing and boating. Lots are super big and fenced for your fur babies. Owner/manager only a stone throw away that a friendly, accommodating and just good folks. Best place I have lived since moving to Texas in 2009!!!”

“They were so very nice and each time they had a problem they were right out to fix it! Couldn't ask for better landlords. Also my situation turned violent with my husband and when I told them I was leaving she said "NO YOU STAY, HE LEAVES" I couldn't accept the offer because I didn't have a job. But in my opinion they were the best they could have been to my family and out situation, so thank you guys so very much!”

“Nice little place to stay if you are passing through or working in the area. The family that owns it is great and very helpful with anything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the beds are comfortable. It has a nice pool and each room has their own dedicated parking spot. Food close by also. By far one of the best motels I have stayed at.”

“Went to ZN pizza on Wednesday night after seeing many good reviews and good thing is that those reviews were quite right. Food was fresh and tasteful. If they do few tweaks in their zinger burger sauce that will make it awesome they put ketchup which is no no for our family. A good zesty sauce will make it more delicious. Club sandwich need more chicken than eggs. They need to get a good quality bread and buns so they don’t get soggy too soon. Biryani was good so were the paratha rolls. Pizza was really good with lots of cheese and meat. Overall good experience.”

“We pulled in from Tennessee in early January. Two bumper pull travel trailers. Ours and our daughter's. She has a German Shepherd and a mix medium size dog, we have a Great Pyrenees and a medium size mix. The last park we were in we were always tense, although our dogs are extremely well trained and had a good reputation. We have been relaxed here. We have made many friends and their dogs. The dog park is a blast! We met the owner and he was very nice. If there is a need or problem, he is on it. If your dog is aggressive or you need help with a behavior problem, there is a fantastic dog trainer who has helped 3 people with aggressive dogs (attacked two of our dogs!). Word is spreading and great things are happening in the dog park!!! It's quiet here. We like that. The manager, Christina, is a great manager and very kind. She works closely with the maintenance man and owner. She sincerely cares about everyone. The showers and bathrooms are clean. The rec room has alot in thereto enjoy. There are alot of trees and a horseshoe pit and large grassy area for corn hole, etc. We definitely would recommend Hooves-n-Wheels!!!!!”

“Cozy and hidden area just off Loop820/Mansfield Hwy. Every mobile home looks like they'd been there a long time which is good. No community pool or kids playground was noticed. Only negative thing is that it takes awhile to get to it from the highway. To exit K-Mar, you have to follow the frontage road around about 1/4 mile to Seminary drive.”

“Called the camp ground got a hold of Carol Ann she was able to make room for us. The road to there is a little rough but was totally doable with our big rig. 36 ft Class A with toad. We were greeted by Andrea and her daughter. We were able to pull in to our spot with our tow vehicle attached. Wow what a beautiful, peaceful campground. You don’t even have to leave the campground to enjoy the wild life. Well maintained and just cute set up. There is not a bad space in this campground.Go down and walk on the river and just get lost in your thoughts! The rocks on the river has such characters . So many things can be created! There was a problem with our rig. Lyn was so gracious to let my husband use his tools and shop to fix it . Andrea, the camp host was full of information on sight seeing. Went to Lost Maples well wroth it. Hill country state park is real close also well wroth it. Just 45 minutes away from San Antonio. This campground is in our top 10 list!!!”

ITS WELL KEPT BY THE OWNERS. PEGGY THE OWNER IS GREAT AND ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS YOU HAVE. WIFI IS AWESOME. ONLY DOWNFALL IS NO LAUNDRY MAT BUT SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING THAT IN THE NEAR FUTURE.... FINGERS CROSSED.... I WILL BE HERE FOR A WHILE AS I LOVE IT!!!!! IF YOU LIKE THE COUNTRY SCEEN, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Pretty average hotel. Very clean. Room service is a little confusing. We were told when we checked in that room service was only on Mondays. Then we got a call asking if we wanted our room cleaned on a Sun. We see house keeping in the hallways every morning….not sure what is up with that. We did not have any hot water the first night but that was quickly resolved. If you want a cheap place to stay that is decent, this is right for you!”

“Great place to live and rent from. We lived there for almost 3 years. Quiet, clean, no trouble, friendly staff and privacy. We were blessed to be able to stay in a safe place and the owners were always there if we needed anything. Plus, there is a pond with ducks! There were also many different species of birds that would come and hang out as well. The mobile home we lived in was new at the time and ready to move into, very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. We also received our deposit back within the same month we moved out, which if you have rented before, rarely happens. I cannot thank the owners enough for their hospitality, and just being down right good humans. (I never experienced anything that these one star reviews are going on about and it seems like it’s more of a personal issue with the tenants rather than business. I found it quite alarming to read some of these reviews because that is the exact opposite of how we and several other tenants are treated, who have also lived there for a while. Albeit these reviews were made several years ago, it seems rather suspicious.) This place was a blessing in our lives and I will never forget that.”
