“Seems like they have problems with booking. Online it said there was about 5 more rooms.. When I got there,, he kinda seemed like I was lucky to get it?! Even though I already paid and had it booked. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had fried potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles and the rest of the basics. Bed was comfy. The parking lot is pretty small. No semi parking.”

“I was very impressed. i don't often leave reviews but this is worth my time to let you know how well this hotel is. The beds were impressively clean, the rooms spacious, the sheets and linens were so soft and comfy, the check-in process was simple and quick. The breakfast was hot and so good for being a hotel breakfast. High quality yogurts and condiments for the typical hotel food fare. The dining area was immaculate and tediously organized. Hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating. Even my receipt on check-out was somehow cheaper than when i booked the actual room, which i'm thankful for. Great hotel, great staff. Will definitely return here in the future.”

“These people are so nice! Donna greeted us upon arrival and she was a huge help throughout our month-long stay. The price is great! There is definitely some road noise and a lot of trash blows over from the gas station next door. Our spot was the row closest to the gas station as well, so there were often people walking through. Some residents do tend to hover pretty bad when someone is trying to hitch or unhitch. Overall, there area is very safe and the people are kind. Management obviously works really hard here and is there for the residents at any time.”

“I love this place! I'm a travel nurse who stays on her own, and felt completely safe at all times. The owner and camp host are excellent and responsive. Grounds are well kept and neighbors are all very friendly. I hate to leave but my assignment changed locations, otherwise I would have loved to stay. Thank you for everything! I hope to be back someday!”

“We parked our RV here while visiting family over Christmas because it made for a short drive to their home. This resort is more laid back, in all of the best ways, and we loved it! We stayed in Spot 18 of Phase 1, which was conveniently located across from the restrooms/showers and the on-site BBQ place. Unfortunately, we did not get to try the BBQ this time since they were closed for Christmas. The Saloon was super fun looking, though, and I imagine having a good food place so close is an awesome bonus. They are pet-friendly, have affordable pricing, and everything was super clean. The staff was super helpful in helping us get booked and setting us up with all of the information we needed during our stay, too. We definitely intend for this to be our go to spot for future family visits.”

“I love this campground!!!😆😆It wasn’t crowded, The shallow river was just nearby(which is kid friendly). You can set tents nearby the river, set an RV or rent the cabins. The cabins were very cute and cozy; It has a full size bed ,ac/heater ,picnic Tables , and ring pit . All you need is extra pillows and blankets and your ice chest packed. The owners were very friendly and nice thank you I’m definitely coming back with more family here 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼”

“I love this place!!! I live in my RV full time. After researching and calling hundreds of RV parks in the general Austin area before moving down, I finally found this new park advertised on craigslist. The owner, Ken, is hands down one of the the nicest caring humans I've ever met, let alone RV park owners I've ever met. He won't finish developing 2 spots yet because he doesn't want to disturb the baby bird nest!! He's always available for calls and questions. The park is so nice and tended to. I showed up not knowing what to expect and it's so nice and new. I have my own side and back lawn with built in sprinklers. He's even thought to turn them early enough that it doesn't disturb the early risers. It's the most affordable park I've found within 2 hours of Austin (it's only 30-45mins driving depending on traffic and if you wanna take the toll road). It's gorgeous with farm land everywhere but 10 mins from hwy 35. I have tmobile and have great reception. There's no wifi yet and the bathrooms are still under construction, but are looking super nice in a gorgeous building. The spots are paved with gravel and the road is paved with granite so it doesn't get hot to walk on in the heat. There's no trees but there's always a cool breeze since it's atop a hill and there's a large shaded porch to relax under away the community center building. The guests are all long term and quiet respectable folks. Again, can't rave enough about the ownership. Ken even helped me get my car out of the trailer, park, ams goes above and beyond to help you if he sees you struggling with anything. You'll love this place, I'm happy I found it!!”

“Hidden GEM!! As first time visitors, we were blown away! It's like having a secret riverside get-away, in the middle of gorgeous Texas Equine country. Tucked away off an old county road; horses graze just across the driveway, Guineas roam the lawn & you're only 15 mins from Granbury & Weatherford; ( ie: groceries, gas, Lowe's Etc)Nights are dark, and so quiet, you can hear coyotes from farms away. It's dark enough to see falling stars, often. The owners, kind hearted, genuine, well spoken and just a true joy to be around. It's hard to believe the park is less than 2 years old. I mean, it's gorgeous! The grounds are beautiful with big, old Oak Trees, the river is packed with families and INCREBLE CATFISH - shoutout to Eric :) We enjoyed our time here so much; that we are truly sad to leave in the morning! Thank you Jackie & Danny!”

“Everything was awesome. We loved it! The condo was beautiful... There is only one thing wrong. The guest bedroom has a mattress so big that I couldn't get on it. It was actually my son's room. He is 6' 6" tall and he had a hard time getting up on it. It also is so close to the closet that you cannot open the closet. The staff there was very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.”

“I stayed in The Liberty Suite 9/23/2022 with my daughter and best friend, the night before my wedding. It was the perfect place to relax and had plenty of room for my hair/makeup artist to help us get ready on wedding day. The property is beautiful (saw plenty of deer), breakfast was amazing and the owners are the sweetest people. My husband and I stayed there again on our wedding night and we added the romance package which included beautiful roses in a nice vase, rose petals throughout, candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and champagne. Impeccable service both nights and the personal touches (welcome sign) were sweet. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.”

“Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights at the "Perch" cabin. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Just remember what part of Texas you are in as we found a scorpion in our cabin. Just keep an eye on your kids but we were there for 5 nights and only saw one of them. It was overall a great place and we would stay again.”
