“The rooms aren't much to talk about, but the staff have put lots of time and energy into those flowers. It's pretty clear that they're trying their best. The laundry room is maintained and they are pretty hands on and personal with check outs.”

“D’Top Dog Grooming has been grooming my dog for over a year now. I was recommended to him when he was a mobile groomer and now he has a brick and mortar. He is the ultimate professional and the best in this grooming game. His prices are very reasonable. My dog gets all the ‘extras’ in his regular service that the large chain groomer used to nickel and dime me for. He has a customer for life in me. Do your dog a favor and check him out. Your dog will love you for it! 🐾🐾🐾”

“We had an amazing stay at the Alpaca ranch! The location is quite private, so it's ideal for a calm, relaxing trip. We spent almost a whole morning with all the animals around the farm. It's a truly perfect stay for anyone wanting to go to Dallas but who still wants a good amount of peace in their day.”

“We were able to stay in the Texas cabin for a week. This is the perfect location close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again.”

“Great location, great trout fishing off the back. Bring all your own stuff, no "grab bag" of forgotten toiletries like a lot of other airbnb spots do.”

“We stopped in for dumping only, the service was friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $10. They even allowed us to fill our fresh tank with potable water, a big PLUS! Thank you Road Host! The place was not full, but it was a Tuesday afternoon... While you are parking on solid ground, we didn’t see any grass, the spaces are roomy and can accommodate a 45’ RV pulling a trailer, just fine. Why only 4 stars? I hold 5 stars for the reviews of “full” experiences using all services, of which we did not. ~~Please give this review the THUMBS UP if it helped you find out more about this location. Thank you!~~”

“Every one seems to mind there business and watch out for the fellow man. Not much room past parking the RV to park other vehicles or any other trailer. Unless a lot beside you is open but the possibility of being told you are going to have to do something different or pay rent on the other lot might be tossed out there. But has not been enforced yet. So large motorhomes pulling your vehicle on a trailer may have to work something out if planning to stay a little while.”

“Dream Away Cabin is a slice of heaven on Earth! The cabin itself is beautifully decorated. The moment you come in, it gives you that feeling of comfort where you’d say “I need to be here for awhile.” It is like that respite you have been needing is finally here! The bedsheets are so soft and comfy like a 5-star hotel beddings. You don’t want to get out of bed, but you also don’t want to miss out on the outside fun. My family and I enjoyed feeding the mob of deer daily and gazing at the stars at night. The fire pit and the hammock outside are a perfect addition too. We loved the patio area as well where we dined with family. We left with so many wonderful memories at the cabin. An added bonus, it is a walking distance from the lake. We can’t wait to return- Althea”

“We stayed here last summer for month. We enjoyed this RV resort so much and all the people were great. It was very quiet we could take Sunday afternoon walks down to the river and not be bombarded by tons of high traffic. The pool and spa in the evening were amazing and all of the staff was very nice. The dog area was always clean and never smelled. We had stayed at some other RV parks that had very gross dog parks and since we have our doggies with us we want them to be in a clean and safe environment as well. The kids loved being able to ride their bikes on the nice paved ground and still have shade in areas to relax when it got warm out. We love that the shade was around our RV and there are plenty of trees and grass to sit under and on.”

“This was such an awesome little getaway. Roger is a wonderful host. Helps you get settled and then it’s all privacy. We felt like we were completely alone. The house has everything you need. They made fresh banana bread that was delicious!! Love the property. It’s a short walk down to the river, and you have an amazing hot tub at your disposal. I will say that there is a peacock population on the property and they are so loud. I have no complaints and will definitely visit again.”

“I've been going to Rockport for over 20 year's and never had I stopped at what now is my favorite breakfast spot in Rockport!!!!! They roast their own coffee and make every coffee concoction imaginable....So good! AND their kolaches and pastries are DELISH😋Unfortunately I didn't realize they're closed on Sundays so I was unable to try their Texas BBQ 😞 That will be must on our next Rockport vacation. The customer service is excellent, very clean, great atmosphere and our new go to coffee house and munchies place...”

“This was one of THE BEST hotels I've ever stayed in! I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place as soon as we went into the lobby it just smelled so good and just looked so orderly and neat. We stayed in the accessible room which was perfect for our needs. The beds were so comfortable. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding! I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and family and of course we will be staying here on our visits to Denton. Great job ppl!”

“The perfect spot for your Hill Country wedding! It feels like you are at a beautiful hidden spa. The grounds are stunningly kept and so relaxing. I love to get out there in the early morning for bridals and do some stunning sunset portraits on wedding days. I have always found the staff to be super helpful and kind. I cannot wait to do my next wedding there!”

“Accommodations were just as described and were comfortable. I didn't want any staged "city folk come to the ranch" kind of atmosphere and this was perfect for avoiding that. It's an authentic working Texas cattle ranch. I had a fantastic time reliving visits to other ranches, of my youth. Late night under the stars and the early morning was spent exploring the fence lines, seeing the wildlife and talking to the cattle. It was as if the place was my own. The owners were great and understood what I wanted for our visit. Our wishes were 100% delivered! I'll be back! Ciao y'all!”

“I have lived here for two years now. The park is definitely going through a transformation. The pool and laundry room have been remodeled and landscaped. We now have a functioning security gate too. A private landscape company has been coming in to trim up all the palm trees and trees that never came back after the freeze. Karen, the regional asset manager says more transformation is coming. The next project is the recreation room. I'm excited to see what they do with it. I like that we have a private road that goes down to the water where you can sit and relax, throw out a fishing line, or launch a kayak. There are constant upgrades to the park that I have been noticing. It is a very large park and the spaces are larger than most. I was able to make a garden and have room for a shed. I like to mow my own space but the park offers your space to be mowed by the maintenance crew. They are working continously and consciously to get the whole park beautified. The most important part, I feel to note, is that the park has been doing their do diligence in cleaning up the park in more ways than one, and I as a single mom, feel safe and secure. Hats off to Karen, who will do background checks not only on residents but also employees of the park, to keep us safe and for making the park beautiful again.”

“This is such an amazing experience. We stayed in the YOKI Treehouse and it was beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. Built sturdy and soundly 40’ in the air. AC/Heater worked great. Soaking tub was essential for the coils weather we received during our stay. It have already recommended to all my friends they have to go for a weekend because it’s worth it. Amazing service, easy check in/out process and no one bugged us while we were there. Also went to Stone House Vineyard and it was amazing too. All and all, 10/10 and I recommend everyone goes for this experience, you will not regret it!”

“Overall it was pretty good. Only issues were zero music playing at Pirates cove water park and the water park being closed early one day for weather. The weather was 10 miles out and actually cleared up nice and sunny within minutes but the life guards were celebrating when it started sprinkling. I overheard then say things like "yes! It's only 2 hours until close so we should just keep it closed", "finally, I hope we are shutting down". I mean, I get the safety factor for sure and I also get the young teens being excited to not work. Maybe suggest to the staff that it's not very professional nor considerate to the guests to do that. Also, they have a nice DJ booth in Pirates Cove. I'd suggest paying something, even a playlist, anything. Other than those, the park was huge compared to some others. Pretty maintained and pretty clean (other than the several long term guest's sites, those were a little clustered). Everyone was nice when talking with them. Lots and lots of new additions coming (being built) now which will make this park pretty dang awesome. Paintball and the other games were fun!”

“I stayed at this park for 2 full months, I must say, it was so well kept. The shower room was always clean. On demand water heater. I almost never heard any of the other rv residence. Was always quiet. The owner and his staff were acceptionally helpful. Would definitely rent here again.”
