“My husband and i booked a couples massage while visiting wimberley. Mary was my masseuse and we can’t recall the lady who was my husbands. Mary was PHENOMENAL. I am a physical therapist and therefore probably a tough judge. It is very obvious she knows what she is doing and has an amazing touch. Incredibly relaxing yet restorative to the muscles. HIGHLY recommend! My husband really enjoyed his as well. The place was a little hard to find, it’s off the road behind a law firm that is road frontage. We had seen she’s the best in town, and I totally agree. Book with her!”

“Great RV park. It's really clean. Colleen and her husband are very kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help us with our leaking waterhose. We didn't end up staying a month, and they refunded us the days we didn't stay. They have restrooms and laundromat. It's located just outside of town, so it's really peaceful.”

Very friendly and professional guy. Definitely an asset to your company. After checking into room 320, we did notice that the room was very outdated. Half painted trim by the jacuzzi and cracked tile on the floor and shower wall. It didn't affect our stay here, but one would expect more coming from the Marriott. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked great, and so did the shower. The checkout process was a little different from checking in, as the two ladies at the front desk in the morning cared more about talking about other employees not doing their jobs right than what my needs were.”

“Came to town to work on local wind farm. Found this gem of a place in Mathis! Was her for about 3 months! Owners were always accommodating and the rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is older but the owners have done a great job updating the place. All the staff was very nice and helpful. WiFi was good. Water was hot and had great pressure flow! Fridge and microwave worked great. Industrial ice machine was always plentiful. Convenient to anything you need and to highway. 45 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes from Lake Mathis! Good Chinese restaurant at location. Good Mexican restaurant nearby. Car wash across the street. Grocery store down the road. Great location convenience! Super quiet. Never had any issues. Even left equipment in back of truck with no issues. Felt very safe the entire time. Solid weekly rates and even got a discount from owners on pet fees! Greatly appreciated! And for all y’all who know extended stay, they cleaned the rooms EVERY day!!! That was huge! Above and beyond! So many good experiences here can’t list them all! But overall, this was an awesome find and anytime I will be in the Corpus Christi area I will gladly come back here!!! Love this quaint little place. Think so highly of the owners and am so very grateful for such a great experience with them!”

“Food was good. The avocado toast it’s delicious! Went for brunch and tried the French toast which was really good, I just wished it included a side of eggs or sausage. Also, I tried the burger and it was very good as well. The food presentation was nice and the staff very very friendly and attentive. It was my first time there and I would definitely go back. Finally, the view it’s a plus! Try to go when it’s not too cold and sit outside right next to the Hudson.”

“Big Thank You to Al’s Auto Glass! My front windshield was cracked and chipped from a rock that flew out of a gravel truck on the freeway. When I called for a quote they were courteous and requested photos of the damage via text. They were able to text me back promptly with a quote and offer their services the same day. “My wife and I enjoyed a weekend getaway there and had a great stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and wading in the river. In the evening we took a short walk to a local venue for a Willie Nelson concert. The next day I was up early fly fishing and caught a monster trout. Only downside was the weekend wasn't long enough. We will be back!”
