“I was absolutely impressed with how clean my room was. It smelled so clean as well. Comparing to other hotels I have stayed at. I love the breakfast and loved how quiet and how polite the staff was. I spoke with Lupe I told her to keep up the good work and told her how happy I was with my stay. She was so friendly and nice. I will definitely be staying here again. “New Park, it nicely done. It's easy to get in & out of. The roads are big enough for 2 cars to pass. Spaces are decent size. There's a laundry room w/vending machine. The manger keeps up with the grass. No signs of snakes! That's a plus. Well lit. There's a cow pasture on both sides.”

“Gulf Breeze Trailer Park is everything you could want in a mobile home facility. Helen, the lady who owns and runs it, ensures a peaceful atmosphere with a friendly smile and as much, or as little, personal attention as you require. She, her son Peter, and their crew keep the grounds very attractive. The location, in the heart of Old Port Aransas, is in walking distance of shops and groceries and about 4 blocks from the beach. We feel very lucky to have found this small enclave and would not consider leaving.”

“Hi, I am currently staying here now and I typically do not review every place I stay but I feel like Jennifer deserves some recognition! I read the previous reviews about her and I did not experience anything remotely negative or rude about her! She was attentive, personable and polite from check in to my check out. She experienced a high call volume when I was checking in, she was profusely saying sorry to me and telling callers to politely wait on hold as she "wants to give every guest her full attention" (: I met with her again because my 4 year old was being a little rowdy/stomping around leading to a noise complaint. She came upstairs to our room to tell us of the issue and was very understanding because my son is young and obviously was not doing it on purpose. I really feel like she is doing the best she can with being the only person i saw working the front desk and catering to guests needs at the hotel. These five stars I am leaving go to her! “I was able to tour this bed and breakfast during the Dickinson Historical Society tour. This place is FANTASTIC! The texture of the different materials is wonderful. The pool area surrounded by gazebos and vines feels like a private oasis. This is a great place e for a romantic weekend getaway.”

“I’m here now, I stay in a different hotel every night, all over the western states. This hotel deserves more stars than the 5 available to give in my book. I do a bit of traveling for work. I am unimpressed with some of the reviews given on here. Some of you people really expect to have your hand held when you leave home. This place is clean, updated, and affordable. The front desk lady is direct and helpful. I will admit I questioned my reservation, thinking it to be charged twice, to only looking stupid in the end. What can I say, long day of work, hangry, and just want to rest. Pool is open, breakfast will be there in the morning, Bed is comfortable, my pet peeve is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It is super clean. Personally, I couldn’t ask for better. If the lady this evening is present in the morning, I will thank her and the other staff for a great nights stay.”

“Reasonably priced Best Western, our room was very nice and though the bathroom was not fully stocked, the desk attendant came immediately to correct the situation. Comfy beds with an extra blanket which I was happy to use. The AC was not noisy, the room appeared to be clean, all the lights worked, no problem with the plumbing, etc. The breakfast area was attractive and attentively managed. The crew was very pleasant and helpful. “Marilyn” was particularly on the ball, but each individual was cheerful and staying busy.”

“Company sent me here when my truck went into the shop. I'm a loyal Wyndham stayer so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. Man let me tell you, what a nice hotel! It's also very quiet in spite of the roadway right there. Room 119 was very clean and if there were people in the rooms next to me, even they were super quiet.🤣 1 drawback tho is room 119 is right next to the AC unit and it kept making a noise every few minutes. So if you're a light sleeper, avoid that room. However for me it wasn't an issue.🤷🏾♀️ The shower had great water pressure and temperature. I also love the fact that it was a regular tub/ shower combo in a king room. Not just a shower like at Wyndham 🫢. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in super fast. She even helped me extend my room with no issues. Big bonus for me was the ice cream machine (take that Wyndham 😃)!! Let's just say by the end of my first night, I joined Best Western's reward program (sorry Wyndham 🫣😂)!! Will definitely be back!!”

“This hotel was fantastic. The rooms and lobby are very modern, very clean, the breakfast was great. Had sausage and eggs and bagels and pancakes and muffins and cereal and fresh fruit. An oatmeal bar, good coffee, and a snack shelf to buy several different things. The beds were soft and comfy, the room was spotless and their soap smells awesome. I loved the pool table and rec area in the front. Very nice pool also, large outdoor pool. The price point is really quite reasonable for what you get. It is on the edge of town, not an ideal place to drive out too, but it is quite. So overall I give this hotel an 8/10 or a 4.6/5. Definitely will stay there again.”
