“This is my second stay at this location (5/13/21 - 5/18/21) and I have to say Professional, professional, professional, courteous, welcoming, and friendly staff at this location. The staff is very knowledgeable at their jobs, and every contact with staff was extremely efficient and friendly. The Fitness Facility was very clean/sanitized and the access was very efficient and managed appropriately. The staff looks as they authentically and genuinely enjoy their jobs which resonates with the guests. I'm looking forward to my next stay at this location. Our attendees were pleased with their rooms, the hotel, restaurant, conference facilities, and the free happy hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable. “We stayed for a long weekend, Thursday through Monday. We reserved a full hookup site nearest the hiking trails. We were very close to restrooms and cabins and the hiking trails started only a few hundred feet away. The trails were well maintained and easy to follow. Our three dogs thoroughly enjoyed the stay and daily walks. No parking on the grass. Lots of campers brought their dogs and all were leashed and friendly. It was perfect!”

“Spartan but fair. Most of the people who live here are contract workers, nurses, appliance repair technicians. Many are in the process of building homes on land they own nearby. Make sure you have a good shower in your RV or get a gym membership and use theirs, because ther is no bath house here. There is a great laundromat, and dogs and children are very welcome. It's wonderfully quiet at night.”

“Everytime I go for pellets , these guys are so amazing there's one man in particular an older gentleman and he is amazing. Kind caring and he opens my door for me after he loads the pellets in my van . All the workers are amazing but this one goes above and beyond . Thank you Chris !! , you have no idea how much your kindness helps . My husband who usually takes care of this is in the hospital with covid .. you always make my trip less stressful and just heartwarming that there's still people in this world like you ♥”

“We came to The Woodlands for the weekend it was our first time here. As soon as we checked in James took care of us and was so heart warming and welcoming! The next day my Husband went down to the lobby to have a few drinks at the bar right next to check in and James was there and was very attentive and friendly. Our last day checking out we had the pleasure of seeing James once more to check us out and I can’t express how much his hospitality meant to us here at The Hyatt and The Woodlands, I don’t always leave reviews, but thanks to James we want to give 5 stars for giving our trip and even more positive impact on this trip. “Everything about this resort was wonderful! Modern and clean living spaces, a beautiful, secluded, and gated venue, and easy access to the beach whether walking from the private boardwalk or driving a vehicle or golf cart available for rent. The location is also perfect for other adventures away from the beach. Only 20 minutes from Port A and Downtown Corpus Christi. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit.”

“Our stay was great! Lots of options for breakfast. 4 year old loved the whipped cream and sprinkles they had out for waffles. Pool was clean and warm. Plenty of pool towels stocked and ready. Management was working on the hot tub while we were there. Room was clean. A little noisy once the room above us and beside us had occupants, but it wasn't too bad. AC/heat worked great. We were located on the first floor, and we could not hear people/cars outside in the parking lot. No noise from the highway either. Location is a a little weird with the roadways, but that isn't something to complain about. Next time we are in Fort Worth, we will happily stay again.”

“We were in 1224. Place was great. Clean with a great view of the lake and pool. Had a few hiccups when we first arrived getting in the gate because we needed to go though the service entrance with our boat and only had the code for the main entrance. They were very prompt in their response in getting us in the complex. I only mention this because I could tell Angela was doing everything on her end to fix the problem. Had a great time and will be back. Got some lake time in; got some pool time in; ate at some restaurants right on the water.”
