“We had our wedding here and it was perfect!! Barbara was wonderful and so flexible. She was quick to respond and flexible when we needed/wanted to come by to look at the venue. Highly recommend Bergheim Ranch for your event!! We rented the Windmill house out for the night before the wedding and it was perfect for me and my bridal party. We had such a wonderful time getting ready there. It was spacious and cozy and the view of the ranch in the morning was beautiful!”

“I'll start by saying, good staff! Maintenance guy Ron is absolutely on time with grade A service! If it's a job to fix, aye he get to it and another thing I'd like to point out is his friendliness, it's comfortable to know the place you stay is being well kept, overall good atmosphere, Tom the manager he has had patience and also has worked with me and my family, missy is just always smiles! Great service, keeps the hotel looking great, and has concern for all needs with notification, the other girls are always smiling and working hard also, I can't complain honestly, I say it's the best place in the area to lay your head at the best price also, so inn town wanna say your the best!!!!!!”

Located in an area that is close to express traffic without having the traffic noise, not even in the parking lot. The breakfast was decent and on par with what Home2 is known for; but, the staff was outstanding. Eager to help, answered every question as best they could and gave suggestions on where to find information they did not have. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the care and action they put on our needs helped us enjoy our vacation with less stress. We may deviate from our location hopping to stay here again when back in the area.”

“Amenities 10/10 Food 10/10 Hospitality and customer service 100/10 Customer service is something i am most critical of (usually internally to myself). From the moment we booked they started the customer service experience by engaging via text message. This created a personal touch to a booking I had never experienced. It also made it much more appealing and easier to book “activities and Chefs meals” (which are delicious). What really impressed me was on our final night.. South Texas got hit with a rare freeze, and this created some unforeseen and unfortunate obstacles for the staff due to water lines and other mechanical issues that were affected by this. The staffs response starting with the GM Heather was most impressive to me. They aimed first to take care of each guest by servicing breakfast as usual and then they turned their attention to servicing the guest by offering things like credit for future stays etc. it would of been easy to fold and panic as a staff but they focused on the customers first and it was the best customer service experience I have witnessed. We will be back, many times! Thank you!”

The room was good although I agree with some reviews on the water temperature being smoldering hot. Just learn how many turns on the temperature knobs and stick with it. Bed was comfortable, fitness center was very small but did the job. The best part was the service from the front desk. It was beyond my expectations. Mini fridge for my medication was delivered quickly to my room upon check in. Would highly recommend”

“The rooms were great and much better then what I expected. We had a kitchen which included a full size refrigerator sink, counter top with a stove top in the middle and a little breakfast bar for 2 with 2 stools on the other side for seating. We also had planet of cabinet space and a full size microwave over the stove. Everything was very clean and I really mean that. I didn't have to do any cleaning like you usually have to do with other hotels and motels. This place was extremely clean from top to bottom! It definitely made for a more pleasant evening, not having to clean our room right when we first got there. We had a very enjoyable stay and definitely will come back and tell our friends.”

“Took my Ram in with air suspension to get a 5” lift on it with new wheels and tires I got from Marcus also. First off Marcus has been great at keeping me in the loop on how things were going during the loft process. When I got it back all I could say was WOW! Ram looks great and Marcus’s customer service was top notch its no wonder hes doing my wifes 2021 Rubicon now doing a 3 1/2” lift now. Marcus was super knowledgeable and for that I am thankful. Keep up the great work!”
