“Absolutely great place to stay. Long or short term. Beautiful out at night can see all the stars. Beautiful view of the blue skies in day weather permitting. By a main road so theres the sound of cars sometimes during traffic but its pretty quiet otherwise. The manager is nice. Great monthly rates for utilities included. One of the best places me and my family have stayed. The neighbors are friendly. Smaller park not crowded. Lots spaced perfectly. I have 2 small dogs that they accommodate. Gas station and Dollar General just down the road. If you are working in one of the plants its conveniently located. Staying for atleast a few months and would stay again when in the area after we leave. Will add photos later.”

“This is a quiet place to stay when in Rockport. We stayed 5 nights for a fishing trip with family. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Nice pull through sites with concrete pads and picnic tables. The y escort you to your site and help guide you while parking if needed. The grounds are very well kept. Bathrooms and showers were clean and loved the privacy when showering. We would definitely stay here again”

We stayed in one of the efficiency style units and it was much more roomier that anticipated. AC was cold, outdoor shower was nice to rinse the beach off instead of taking it in the room with you. This charming place offer an abundance of peace in a comfortable setting. part of the charm and interesting setting is the homemade home, unique furnishings and personal touches. The back porch was our favorite for morning coffee and late evening. We had at least 2 adventures down the hill to explore and play in the field, creek and ball courts. “The rooms are cozy, and clean. The housekeeping staff is just wonderful. The head housekeeper Mrs. Maria is a Godsend. She makes sure the rooms are properly serviced which isn't necessary, her team are great at doing their job, but we are thankful for her. The front desk employees are helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or just want to get away for a weekend or even a month. The rooms have full kitchenettes and dishes. Anything your room is missing is usually available at the front desk. If not there is a Neighborhood WalMart literally right around the corner from the hotel. It is located in the most beautiful area of Mesquite that you could find.”
