Rooms are nice, you can call it home until you are able to get something better. The property is very well kept as well as the apartments. There are cameras around for your safety, out door pool I love everything about the property.(just like any place of your own, you will have to buy your own beddings, household items)”

“One of the few Texas shaped swimming pools in the world. This historic (50 year old) pool is listed on the National Registry of Historic places and is a gem. Great place to take a day trip and chill by the pool. Lifeguards on duty. They also rent it out for parties. Birthday parties are a huge success here. You can also catch “Elizabeth Swims” the YouTube star swimming here sometimes.”

“CountryView RV is an amazing park with incredible owners and guests. Extremely well-kept park with on site owners who quickly respond to all and any conditions that arise. Hook ups all in excellent condition and grassy spaces between each site. Gorgeous sunsets and helpful neighbors Very personable group and family like attitudes with everyone looking out for each other. The lake views are beautiful, the public restrooms and laundry rooms (two!) are always clean and in working order. Coye and Terry host social events for us all and there have been some very stimulating conversations around the fire pit as well as some local music talent shared! The donkey and horses love their carrot treats and there is plenty of wildlife to spot on a quiet evening. Great views of July 4th fireworks in every direction!!! I stayed for a year and plan to return as soon as possible. No highway noise and very serene setting. You can’t miss this one if you’re smart!!!!”

My family and I evacuated from Beaumont from hurricane Laura and we need a place to put our RV while we were going through this ordeal and we came upon St. Johns RV Park. The owner Clint was very gracious and accommodating to our needs whenever we are in the area again we will make sure to always stop in and go to this RV park.”

“Very comfortable. Awesome praise and worship songs. The people here are very warm and friendly. The message wasn't long. The entire service was a couple of hours though, which is pretty standard. Good parking. Not a whole lot of members here when I visited. Was able to grab onto a nugget of information from his word to put in my pocket for later use while out here in the world. This is good. My only complaint is the volume of the music. I could barely handle it.”

“Junior, the owner, is very personable and is not just a landlord. I see him almost every day it seems working and trying to improve the park to make its appearance the best it can be. There are paved roads and lighting throughout the park along with cool antique gas pumps. There is a laundry room that is neat and whose machines wash and dry completely. There’s a main cabin that includes a full kitchen and is climate controlled. It also includes a full bath and shower, something that is highly valued while living in a small trailer. Rent is reasonable for what you’re getting by living here, one of the better parks in the surrounding Austin area.”

“I stayed here this week for work and the staff here were excellent. Laura, front desk clerk, went above and beyond when came to the guest of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and the bed was awesome, so comfortable! No hot food but with Covid restrictions that completely understandable. I'm all about the AC working properly in a room and mine was perfectly cold. I stayed in Room 117, next to the elevators and such, and i didn't hear a thing the entire time i was there. THANK YOU again for the excellent service and I will defiantly be returning.”
