This place is within easy reach of so many area attractions- Ft Worth Stockyards, Bass Hall, Kimball Art Museum, The Botanical Gardens, the whole cultural center of Ft Worth. “Overall our stay was satisfying due to location, location and location. We requested an accessible room. The accessible features were spot on - roll in shower, stable shower bench, telescoping shower, reachable bath products, grab bars. We were able to roll up to the vanity/mirror in the bathroom. Grab bars near the commode. The room was very spacious plenty of room to navigate a mobility device. I really liked the TV remote control in a plastic cover. There was ample power sockets. There were no drawers in the room instead There were hook and a few hangers, the room had lament floors rather than carpet. This was great however we were able to hear the above guest. The air conditioner was set and worked well. House cleaning happens around 8:45 am which happened to be a great motivation to enjoy complimentary breakfast great variety of hot and cold options. Front Desk staff and shuttle driver were very helpful. We missed room cleaning once and it was extremely difficult obtaining clean towels for the next morning. We began calling the front desk around 10 a.m., we visited the front desk twice and finally obtained adequate towels by 11 p.m.”

“A basic campground with lots of workers. All sites were clean, not junky. Seemed like a lot of people who just needed to be in San Marcos for work or visit. Not a resort - no pool, playground or other amenities. Right on the feeder road. Small dog park with broken gate. Bathrooms were clean, with hot water and plenty of pressure. Laundry looked okay. Campsites are very wide, roads are good. Cell service on Verizon very good. If you need to be in San Marcos for some reason, this is a good base of operations. We camped at Canyon Trail RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.”

“I stayed here last night with a friend in room 401 and the hotel and our room were very clean. The breakfast was the BEST prepared Holiday Inn breakfast I have had and I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn’s over the years, cinnamon rolls were fresh and HOT, biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs that didn’t taste like powdered eggs, and fresh hot coffee. Not to mention the the workers in the breakfast area were very polite and had a friendly smile! Thank you!”

“I am so impressed with this park! It is beautiful and clean! They have these awesome trials you can walk or bike threw trees, there are even some primitive camp sights in the trees, they also have different areas for campers where you can hook up. They have cabins and a park for kids. It’s very clean and well kept. The staff are really nice and helpful! I would love to come back here for a family reunion 😍 Each camper spot also has its own fire pit and picnic table.”

We specifically asked them not to clean our room during our stay because on our last stay here they had thrown out stuff that was not trash and we had to track down Housekeeping and ask for our stuff back - some we got back, some we didn't. Breakfast is pretty short, served only from 6A - 8A and there's not much to be had even if you make it.”

“Comfort Suites in Kyle is our favorite hotel when guests come to visit. For me, developing relationships and connections with area businesses are a priority. Thankfully, I have an awesome rapport with the employees at Comfort Suites and therefore trust has been established. My 90 year old father came for a visit in December and to say I was PARANOID about his safety is an understatement. I contacted guest services and Christian reassured me their team would go above and beyond to follow COVID protocol. Additionally, the House Keeping Manager Maria took it upon herself to disinfect the room from top to bottom. Her demonstration of compassion and empathy alleviated my fears. She took it upon herself to ensure the job was done properly because that is what she would want for her at risk family member. During these stressful times their demonstration of empathy and compassion was invaluable. Furthermore, the circumstances were such that Christian was able to keep the room vacant for two days after the cleaning to ensure my dad’s safety. I am EXTREMELY grateful he was able to offer this extra layer of protection. During the reservation process and prior to my dad’s arrival we exchanged approximately six phone calls. Christian facilitated communication and was extremely patient which further solidified my confidence. Nate has been there since they opened and he too played an integral role in assisting me during the night shift. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of this hotel and more importantly the character of the staff. Thank you, Comfort Suites for choosing to be a part of my extended family!!!”
