“I'm a traveling healthcare worker. I can go months at a time without being able to check on my stuff, so I need clean and safe storage. All three staff members at this location have gone above and beyond to reassure me that my possessions are in good hands. The buildings are new, well-insulated, and I haven't noticed any problems with insects. Security is top-notch. Management's customer service was so good that I decided to also store my car here, and the team made it happen with basically no notice. It's nice to know that my stuff has a freshly built "second home", backed by three gentlemen who know me by name and consider my peace of mind to be a priority.”

“I moved in to a climate controlled unit on 2/24/18. I did my research and made phone calls. That’s the first time I spoke with Sarah. She had a great memory and was extremely helpful. The move in was very smooth. Two years later I come regularly to pay in person just to say hello. I’ve have a developed a rapport checking on my things and knowing they are guarding my property and they care. Since it became cube smart I have adjusted and it’s a pleasure to know Ms. Madison too. I recommend this facility to my sister when she was in transition moving homes and she used it for those few months and said it was the best storage she has used. The location is very ideal. The hours work out well and the toilet in the office is always sparking. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.”

“I can not say enough about Day and Night Moving and Packing. I moved from a one bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, to a 3 level townhouse. I searched for movers for about two weeks and the price for 3 movers was astronomical. Day and Night had the BEST price in Houston! My 3 movers, Marc, Jesse and Kirby were amazing! “I’ve been working out here for 4 weeks at the Brookfield location on 124th and Capitol. Here are my impressions: I’ve never had an issue with it being too busy and being able to do what I need to, even when coming during the busy time between 4 and 6. Sometimes the free weights and barbells get filled but it’s usually a short wait. It’s always clean in both the workout center and in the locker room. Kids Club: this is an awesome service and is very reasonably priced at $10/month. I’ve been happy with the workers, they seem interactive and genuine with the kids. However, I do have some safety concerns. And these apply mostly to children under 3. First of all, they do not make sure you check your key fob in when dropping off your children. Also when picking them up, they have a very casual pick-up safety policy. They keep the same workers on the entire shift so that they remember who picks up and who drops off. It happened once that I dropped off my kid with one worker and pick them up with another, but it could have been the other worker was gone for a moment. However humans make errors and I think it would be easy to implement a simple number-match-check-in system to reduce chance for error. My church nursery has better security. The longer I attend there the more they will recognize me and my kid, but it’s not reassuring for the newcomer.”

“I saw Mary after a year and a half long break from salons after a terrible customer experience. She was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. She had the utmost patience with me and my anxiety, and that's before we even get to the haircut. I'm not very picky and pretty bad on deciding the details, but she took the time to explain my options and helped me decide the best way to go. We shaved the side of my head and trimmed up the rest of my hair to maintain condition. Mary even offered me a line at the part, and it's honestly a wonderful touch. She did a gorgeous job of trimming and keeping as much length and texture as possible (at my request. I don't like blunt cuts on my hair). The results and experience exceeded my expectations entirely, and I didn't feel judged at all, which can be a struggle for some of us. I can't stop staring at myself in the mirror, and I'm so excited to go back sometime soon to get my hair colored.”
