“I have been renting a climate controlled unit here for 4 years now and only moved out today because I no longer need a storage unit. It has always been clean and well-maintained. Every single employee I have interacted with has been very pleasant and very helpful. The price has remained the same the entire time I rented here. I have also used their auto-draft feature for a long time without issue. I had a card replaced once due to fraud and was charged a late fee, I forgot that it was drafting from my card and not my bank account number. They were happy to help and reimbursed my late fee. I also lost my keys at one point and they met with me and cut the lock off for me. I think they only charged about $20. Even the move out was painless. Also, this location did not take on any water when Tomball flooded or during Harvey. If I ever need a storage unit again I would gladly drive across town to use this facility.”

“I just started working here. So far, so good. Will post more when I can get more experience with the company. Everyone is extremely helpful so far and lots of staff to help with everything you have a question or problem with. I do not agree with some of the policies concerning drivers. I cannot access my escrow that I pay out for my truck. If I need emergency funds to fix my truck, I can get a high interest loan through the company though. But my escrow is kept to pay the loan back to the company if I quit before paying. There is an easy solution to this! Need to revisit some hiring policies also. 3 weeks to get on board is way too long. Then 3 weeks to get your first check. That's 6 weeks before a full paycheck if you get a full week in. You could be like me and only have a 3 day check coming in week 6.!!”

She was able to help me pick out the right boxes is based on my description of my apartment, she opened boxes for me so I could see the exact size and helped me figure out the right boxes for my pictures. She then carried my purchases outside for me because I had hurt my back. She was unbelievably pleasant and just made the process so much easier.
