He was so honest and thorough that he asked us for more time to complete the appraisal since our piano was a unique model of Baldwin that had only been in production for a limited amount of years. I love his honesty! We had a verbal appraisal done and later we called Brandon again for a written one. He was so very accommodating, responsive, and such a great listner on the phone.
