“The trail was amazing. My boyfriend and I went bike riding and it was such an easy nice ride. There are enough curves and hills for the ride to be interesting. It is more on the heavy side of the populated spectrum so remember to be cautious and courteous to the other patrons. There are a lot of joggers. The trail is pretty great because there are a lot of resting areas, and some with really scenic views. There is a shooting range nearby, so keep that in mind as well.”

“Located near loop 12 and hwy 114, this nature park is located off California Crossing which is probably the worst road in Dallas county. After a half mile down the road, which connects 114 to Northwest Highway, this park is a quiet piece of nature in a busy area of town. The trails appear to be still under construction, as after following the "Kathy's loop trail" for about 1/2 mile, the trail just ended right near the Trinity. Retracing our steps, we returned to the fork and continued back to the main path. The trail is dirt, flat and even with poison ivy encroaching on the sides. Good for biking and we did encounter cyclers while hiking. Squirrels and snakes are in abundance. We photographed a rough green snake in a tree while there. The parking is decent. There are no restroom facilities or handicap parking. The trails are moderately wide and adequate for those with mobility issues and some wheelchairs could traverse this path if it is not muddy. Plenty of shade and old forest arching overhead. Most of the trail we walked was shaded. Nice views of the trinity are available as well. Some areas off the trail lead to the waters' edge. There is not a lot of signage or directions inside the park. I'd recommend carrying a trail map or app that tracks your path to help you determine which way to go once in the trails. Total distance hiked...2.03miles.”

“We had a blast!! They had a kids area, a lazy river, 2 slides, they also have a pretty good size pool that goes to 12 ft includes a diving board and a rock climbing area. The restrooms work clean. They also have a concession stand. All in all it was a really nice place.”

“I went to the garden early morning around 06:30 am and there was no one there. I took time and walked around praying and yes this is the best place to spend your alone time with God. The structures ( Western or wailing wall, replica of the sea of Galilee, the Menira and the benches arranged to form the Menorah, the Star of David....make it more real and truly you feel the presence of God. I love this place and I give it 10 stars :) It has become my weekly routine to go and spend time with my Father????❤ God bless you Christian Life Church for making this Garden open to public plus it's so well maintained and grass so beautifully manicured. May God bless you all abundantly.”
