“Beautiful! We are out here camping.. it has no water, power, or bathrooms other than a hole in the ground. We have had a wonderful time and will definitely be back but better prepare! There is a place for a fire and tent camping is perfect the ground is at a slop but flat. Also you need a FREE permit and the place closes at 4.”

“Great place to explore! The playground is nice and we had fun playing there. There are also lots of picnic tables and shaded areas to sit. We mostly went on a great nature walk and played in the creek! The water was fresh and clean, we didnt see any snakes, and there was a lot of small fish and tadpoles/tiny frogs. I am so happy we explored this park!”

“Ive been going here since i was a kid. 27 years later its better than ever although they no longer have a swimming pool, the splash park is a good addition. It used to be crawling with delinquents doing and selling drugs but the police have stepped up their game. Its cool that now my kids come here and play. You still gotta keep your guard up though, especially at night.”

“A good park overall. Lots of field space towards the back, a small but nice kids playground, lots of access to White Rock Trail - and, if you walk back across the fields to the woods, there are hike/bike/equestrian trails to explore in the Harry S. Moss nature preserve area. If you poke around enough, you can find artifacts and fragments of the horse race track that used to be there.”
