“This is an oddity. It's such a beautiful park located in the most random neighborhood. It's relaxing and isolated from the post-industrial area around it. This was the first park I visited when I got to San Antonio and it holds a special place in my heart for that reason. That all said, it does offer the option of being able to hold a small (think less than 45 people in all) wedding and it's perfect for that very reason. It is a bit off the beaten path bit it's worth going out of your way if you're already in the south town area. I hope this helps someone.”

“Lisa is amazing! My 3 beagles LOVE coming to Rummy's Beach Club andalove seeing Lisa. If you want to take your pet to the dog park, they are missing this beach club. My dog Bailey jumps off the dock and fetches water toys under water thanks to Lisa and her exceptional facility. If you want to try something different, this is it and a great way to bond with your dogs too. Definitely recommend to family and friends!”

“Place needs a little updating but then again that’s what makes it so charming. Lots of space with a little pond in the back. Plenty of picnic tables under large Oak trees. It’s situated right next to a Friendswood volunteer fire depot. The kids live to get pictures with the fire engine.”

“It's really not too bad. Luckily it is located at a "Dead End" part of the road so the children are much safer regarding vehicle accidents and such. The park is mildly worn down but still stands as a proper place to take a child that is looking to play around and wear themselves down. I recommend this place for casual playtime.”

“A great place to visit with children, can drive on the beach, more of a mud beach, children still like digging in it. There were skydivers jumping when we were there which was fun to watch. Sea was quite calm. People fishing off the beach as well. Great to walk along”

“Great place to exercise or take the dogs out to play. There is plenty of open space for the dogs to run, a playground for the kids and an exercise section for the adults. There is also a running / walking trail that surrounds the fields. All of this, of course, is available only when there aren't soccer games going on. Great place but bring bug spray.”

“RV Park is beautiful, very clean, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Concrete slabs are level. No problems with hook ups. They do not offer cable unless you stay a month. We did not use the bath house so I can’t comment on it. They have a nice playground, splash pad and swimming pool. We didn’t use the splash pad or pool because it was too cold, but some folk did and they were loving it. Location is very good. Not far from Galveston Sea Wall and local Walmart. Recommend Stella Mare as a place to stay while in Galveston. We will definitely be back.”
