“Came today just for one night. The place is awesome!!! Wish we were staying longer but on our way south. The bathrooms are immaculate, the sites and grounds are super nice. The staff checking us in were very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area. Would have given it 10 stars if I could have!”

Then you have been very fortunate. ** The park is only as safe as you make it. Don't be a victim. Don't bring cash,credit cards, social security cards,or anything you don't want to disappear. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS and you should be fine. AGAIN if you FAIL TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE and your vehicle gets broken into, don't look for a Pity party for your own stupidity. For Christ sake it's Houston people and not the best surrounding area of town.”
