“How many times can I be surprised. This is a nice little get away hidden in the inner city. One would think that they were in the swamps of lower Louisiana. There is greenery everywhere. This park is so hidden, I just about had it to myself. There's even a small cemetery located here as well as an original homestead. I hope the city renovates the house and makes it more accessible. If you want a traditional park to visit, then this place is not for you. But if you're looking for a nice scenic trail to walk and enjoy the natural scenery as you walk, then come visit this quiet little spot.”

“I'm originally from Houston but I have never stayed in an RV park here in Houston I currently live in another city I was glad to be home visiting family and also catching one of the Houston Texans football games at the Reliant Stadium with my family. We were here at the RV Park celebrating the youngest birthday! He had a magnificent time at this park they do have a lot of resident tenants staying there who took up all of the rec-room time doing the activities that were listed as the amenities so we didn't have enough time to enjoy those and seeing as at this time we are staying there it is winter temperature so we did not get to enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi although they are heated to 87 degrees in the swimming pool and a heated jacuzzi. We look forward to spending more time there and are making plans to travel back the next time we visit home.”

“Wonderful and beautiful public park in the middle of an urban area. There a lot of play areas and seats distributed all around the park for both kids and adults. The Alice in Wonderland themed bronze statues are very detailed and enhance the whimsical and fun nature of the park. Parking, food, event hosting and toilet areas were readily available and accessible. We found it to be a family-oriented and kid-friendly place well worth the time and effort to visit and enjoy in.”

“Love this park. So far the best place I have run in Houston. Nice scenic, plenty of eye-candies. Couple of pull-up and dip stations, descent parking lot spaces, clean restrooms at the community center. it offers a gravel track and separate bicycle lane. It was also seen some water fountains as well. Easily a five-star place!”

“The sign on the trashcan saying keep our bayou clean...Really? I would not touch that water if my life depended on it. No police present ever in a high crime area don't bike anywhere near there unless you are armed.”

“Very nice, usually friendly people at the park. People at the pool rarely watch the kids so lots of minors sweating like it's thier job. Bikers have good manners. Homeless people pass through regularly. Always nice for a walk.”
