“Beautiful park!! Nice lake, and walking trails. We went at night and I liked the way the park was lit up. It had beautiful architecture with these structures that were like very fancy gazebos. There were a lot of people there enjoying their evening, including me and my guy on our first date.”

“This is our second stay here and once again, it surpasses our expectations. On our first visit, we had problems getting to the coast. We called to let them know that we were going to be late. It was not a problem at all and someone was at the gate when we arrived around 9:30 pm to help us get situated. And thank goodness because that was our first trip with our first RV! We had such a great time, we decided to come back. We really appreciate all the extra things they do for their campers, like having a Peloton in the workout room. We have one at home so it was awesome to have one available while on vacation. In the club house, there is a fully stocked kitchen for their guests to use. We have used it twice now to cook big meals for our family. It is really nice to not have to do that in the RV. Any time we have needed something, there is always someone around to help us out. We love it here and we plan on coming back every year!”

“Nice neighborhood playground near the Library. Small circle walking path, roughly. 25miles per lap. Once Mosquito season arrives the walking path is a trap for mosquitoes hunting down humans.”

“What an awesome experience!! My friend was in town and insistent on riding a horse while in Texas. The owner worked with us on getting us in and the person that took us out (ASHLEY!!) was incredible. It was my friends first time on a horse, she was patient, encouraging and really got him feeling comfortable. We went in the rain and although we had to take an alternate trail, it was still an incredible experience. I will definitely be back and 100% recommend. Their horses are beautiful and well taken care of. Ask for Ashley, she's amazing!!”

“Very very good authentic food. They've been open throughout the covid-19 crisis, and even though they are a mom and pop shop they've started discounting their food to make it more affordable to all. Great place to eat. Definitely going to keep coming...”

“First time yesterday - I was pleasantly surprised with the terrain, small hills, etc. hard to find places that aren’t flat around here!! Pups and I had a wonderful 5.3 adventure, learning a little by getting a bit lost. Friendly folks along the way who helped re-route! (Also very well markered!) Not overly crowded. Mostly shaded, and truly beautiful!!”

“This is a nice place. My friend and I went the other night to walk and they had a concert going on. It was well organized. Except for the parking. There’s not enough parking. (That we could find.) The park is so pretty with mature trees for shade, nice green grass. Benches to sit on near the water falls. A splash pad for children. Public restrooms. All within walking distance to some great shops, bistros, etc. Be sure to check online for upcoming events. You won’t be disappointed.”

“It's a nice, simple, small triangle park. It has some benches, a table and a trash can. Lots of trees and some nice landscaping. There is parking available around the park but there's not much. I like to walk there with my dogs.”

“This is an amazing little park where you can do bird watching. They provide you bird pamphlet at sign in and there is a wooden boardwalk that weaves throughout the little park. There are benches where you can sit and watch the birds, and at various times of the year it actually has water in the pond. Not right now because of the drought. It is a nice casual stroll and certainly worth the trip. There is a chalkboard where people can write down which birds they see and what the date is, which is kind of cool.”
