“This location is incredible. I definitely spent more than I wanted to and I'm definitely glad that I did! Never mind shopping at Lowe's or Home Depot for pottery if you do you're just plain crazy! Stuff that they have here is handmade and absolutely gorgeous. Many different types of pottery yard art you name it. Inside the small building they have lovely classic Mexican items of the highest quality. Next paycheck I'm going back for some more pottery!”

“Amazing playground. Best playground we have ever visited. There was enough room for everyone to play and the variety of things to do made it easy for my kids to stay occupied. It's like a small amusement park. The zoo line and sand box was the best.”
Address: Brownfield, TX 79316, USA
“For a free park, it was surprisingly good. Felt safe enough to get a good nights sleep. The only issue is the noise since it's right on the main drag. Sites are a little wonky but what do you expect for free? I've had worse at pay parks.”

“I like to hang out and watch the boat dock, some of these fellas are funnier than Bill Dance. Always something going on. Some dude jumped off the bridge about a month ago. Last week I was taking a nap in my car under the bridge when these nice people called the police and fire department because they thought I might be dead. That was *really* fun.”

“We are traveling across the United States and ran across this campgrounds. Started reading the reviews. Well we decided to stay anyways. We are so glad we did. One the staff is amazing. Thank you for all the information. The road in, yes it's a little rough but it's a campgrounds. It's first come fist choice. Spot 220 is great, we did not need Sewer for the one night. I could go on and on but this is a nice place nice lake also.”

“I gave it a 4-star for it's beauty and ruggedness. This is NOT a hiking preserve. It is densely forested, rugged, steep, terrain, with lots of tree fall and overgrowth. That being said, if you are looking for an area to explore that gets little foot traffic, and you're willing to trailblaze, hit this place up. I'd recommend coming in off the Long Point Dr. entrance and head down the hillside. It's going to be tough sledding but there's a cliff face you can follow above the creek. As another review noted, be wary of coyotes. The morning I went there was a fresh kill, from the size of the remaining carcass, guessing a deer. Which I saw 5-6 who had no fear of me. It's a wild preserve, don't go solo, honestly, it's just too rugged and chances of injury are good. That being said, it's really pretty and have lots of birds. Only saw a little green snake, but the amount of leaf litter, I'd keep an eye out for copperheads.”

“This is a place the city of Weatherford and it's residents can be proud of. We enjoyed a wonderful educational experience as well as a peaceful time spent in nature. It is a must see place if you are in the area. We especially enjoyed the interactive educational information boards placed along the trail.”

“A paved path that starts at McNeil.Rd and extends for almost 2 miles into the Round Rock West neighborhood. A nice path, easily accessed by several streets, but not much more than that. There are a few benches and some nice trees but not much shade, which is important in a hot Texas summer. Definitely worth using if you live in the neighborhood.”

“Adorable little park, the only one I know of in the area with a merry go round. Middle swing squeaks something awful though.”

“This is where I’ve come to take my son to play soccer just the two of us for a little over a year now and he’s been the best player on his team every season. We are here now practicing for tomorrow’s game which we hope does not get canceled due to the weather. They have restrooms here, water fountain, a miniature playground you can play on and kids can play on, they have a covered patio and obviously they have several soccer fields and lights for playing at night. They recycle and have trash cans and recycling Bends all over the place. This is a very nice and safe area and you can get some good exercise in as well. They have concession stands too I believe for soccer games.”

“My family has enjoyed many years of sporting activities at this venue. It has served us well for softball, baseball, soccer and even cross country meets. We've also enjoyed the community of Waxahachie's Annual Crape Myrtle Festival 4th of July fireworks show here. The city really does a great job, both with the firework show and ensuring public safety in the complex during the show.”

“This place is a gem! The owners are excellent and the place is a country oasis (even during a drought). We felt the most safe here for the 100+ days we stayed. You can’t beat the rates and the amenities (laundry included for long term stays, WI-FI //strong connection: I worked remotely here everyday// S P A C I O U S lots w/picnic table and fire ring, private restroom and hot shower, kid and pet friendly) Every single person we met here was so down to earth, fun and just good people. “I made an appointment a month ago with Matt at Sphere Fitness on the recommendation of a friend who very kindly told me I have issues! My goal was to walk without knee pain and 1 month later my knee pain has gone from an 8 to a 3. Saw my friend again who told me, again kindly, that I don't look like the hunchback of Notre Dame anymore! I love the one on one attention and homework assignments that are making me stronger and more balanced. Thanks Matt”
