“If you want peace of mind in leaving your car in a lot, but don't want to have to shell out money to take an Uber to the airport, The Parking Spot is amazing. I've used them for all my flights and I've never had to wait long for a shuttle, or worry about my car parked at the airport. Their lot is close to the airport so it's a short ride, the staff is always super friendly and courteous, and our last trip, we had at least 5 bags (including a car seat) and the drivers were super helpful with loading and unloading our bags and driving to/from the airport with enough care that I never had to worry about my baby on my lap. I would definitely use them again, so you get the airport parking perk, without paying the airport parking price!”

“Richard at Rabalais is a gem!! Honest, diligent, knowledgeable. My A/C went out and my home warranty company referred me to Rabalais. Richard came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then, even though he didn't have to--he could have just left it to the warranty company to take their time about it--he found the part I needed, contacted the warranty company on my behalf, and when they told him it would take them 3-5 business days to issue the PO for it, he refused to take no for an answer. He got that part in one day, came over and installed it the same day, was professional and polite even when I was hot and frustrated and at my wit's end. He is that rare thing nowadays: An honest craftsman who cares about his work and cares about his clients and knows how to get the job done. This was my first interaction with this company and they could not have been better or more admirably represented. I'm a single working mom.
