“This was a pleasant stay serving a great purpose! The breakfast attendant was phenomenal! I wish we could remember her name, she was so sweet and kind to our family. Check-in was smooth and seemless, the Business Center was convenient, and the snack shop a treat! A big thanks to housekeeping for keeping the clean bath linens coming! It was a stark contrast to the young lady who worked the nights of our stay, who seemed irritated that guests would have a request. We did encounter a slight problem with room keys, the electronic key on the App would nullify the physical key cards. The desk agent seemed to be annoyed with the request to reactivate the physical cards. Thankfully, her disposition did not have a lasting effect on our overall stay. Thank you for accommodating the needs of so many of the 5,000 extras for the recreation of one of the greatest miracles in history! “I bought an above ground pool from this establishment. The liner ended up having a leak in it. They worked diligently, and quickly, to find me another one, at no cost. Not only that, when i showed up to pick up the new liner they gave me a huge container of chlorine, shock, and some other needed supplies at no cost. This was not their fault, it was just something that happens, and yet they went above and beyond to make it up to me. I will get all my supplies from this store. They have incredible integrity.”

“This isn't the best but it's not the worse! I stay here a lot due to business and will always come back. The front people have always been really helpful and super nice, it seems like house keeping comes at least every other day so the rooms are always clean. Also, I never seen any roaches, I was at the intown suites and they had a horrible nasty roach problem and this is why I came to the red roof. I never had a issue with anyone here so I'm always comfortable. Also, the price is really reasonable.”
