“Update: I have had issues with preauthorizations, backordered drugs, out-of-stock medications, and general lack of understanding of insurance. The lack of available medications can result in very unpleasant symptoms and safety concerns due to abrupt cessation. Expect ZERO communication from techs. You will not discover an issue until you arrive to pick up your medication. I don’t know how to resolve these issues. They seem systemic. Five stars for convenience, speediness, kindness, and the monthly excitement of a medication lottery! RPh Leo!!! What a problem solver. This pharmacist took the time to investigate and solve the reasons the app may be having issues getting my scripts filled. What a guy! Thank you, Leo! Some heroes wear lab jackets.”

“Isabella is the most accommodating and patient pharmacist I've ran into in a while. I forgot my dog's meds in Houston, my husband called her store and luckily she confirmed that her store carried the medication. She was able to answer the vet's order, fill our dog's medication, checkout other customers and complete other tasks concurrently.
