“Love the employees. The store is always clean. The lines are moved along quickly. The pharmacy is relatively quick and one of the better pharmacies I've been to. I'm fixing it 4 stars because the pharmacist refused to fill a script because he didn't agree with the dosage. Not that my psychotic Dr. Helped any with his outraged call, but despite the drama of the situation it's not up to the pharmacist on what medications people take considering he doesn't know the history or diagnose. With all of that said, it does show that he cares about the patient's well being and that they are safe. It was a complicated situation and no one handled it very well or professionally, but no one is quite in the wrong either. The loss of the star is because this well intentioned pharmacist not only refused to fill the script, but put a note in the computer telling other Walgreens not to fill it, effectively making his own opinion on the matter extend to all pharmacists instead of just letting me fill elsewhere. I had to go to krogers, who had zero issues filling it and my insurance didn't have a problem with it either. ????”
