Everyone who works here is extraordinarily kind, in particular Wendy at the front desk, who is quick to answer questions and always warm and friendly over the phone and in the office. Working with Rachel for the past month has given me relief for long-standing neck and back pain that I had previously thought I'd live with for the rest of my life. She uses a variety of techniques and provides excellent exercises and feedback. I feel significantly better in four weeks than I did in the previous year bouncing from doctor to doctor looking for help with pain and discomfort. This place is an absolute treasure. “My dear friend who is 85 comes here 2X’s a week to work on her balance. It seems she has vertigo, thought we’re unsure or if the cause. She likes coming here very much-they stay with her and makes sure she’s safe (her gait is unstable). She works at becoming stronger in her step and more sure-footed to prevent any falls. I recommend it over the usual rehab, because here they teach you ways to prevent yourself from falling, moves you can do at home, they track your progress… When one can see actual improvement-it helps to keep her motivated to work at it. and That is a huge blessing! My friend says the staff here is so wonderful to her. I’m so thankful to Hannah-she is a complete doll in assisting us in finding a convenient time to drive her for each visit. Her Audiologist, Dr. Otto referred us here and I’m so glad. My friend always looks forward to coming to class and she has a big smile when she’s finished. It’s a Win-Win!”

“Dr. Jay has been tremendously helpful in getting me feeling better. I have been coming here for somewhere around 6 months or so and they have been great to work with. The front desk girls are always super helpful and nice with any questions I have and with scheduling. I initially started coming for some back and neck pain and was adjusted and shown some really good exercises to help strengthen those areas. I unfortunately have also had my foot get messed up earlier this year and tennis elbow, both of which they are helping me with now and that has been a big relief. Would definitely recommend this place for the great staff and Dr. Jay. I really appreciate that he explains what he is going to be doing and that his goal is to help treat the root cause of whatever is causing you pain and not to just adjust you and put a band aid on it. “I can't say enough wonderful things about this place and the staff! It's in a great location and they very promptly get you in and out for your appointments each time, and with great consideration for proper social distancing and COVID precaution procedures. After two years recovering from Bell's Palsy on my own without health insurance, I still had only almost 90% of movement back on the right-hand side of my face and people were still looking at me weird and with pity at my now 'crooked smile.' Plus, the lack of movement and control over my right eye greatly interfered with my vision and made my work difficult. Once I obtained health insurance again, I thought I should see what could possibly be done and was referred to physical therapy with little hope that anything would work after all this time. After just a few weeks working with the AWESOME Dr. Ashley Stagni and her brilliantly targeted therapy, I now have my smile 100% back!!!! From day one, she seemed to immediately understand me, what I'd been going through, and to see what needed to be addressed.
