“Link was fantastic ans service I can’t really complain. Interesting story here, sometimes stuff goes sideways. Well, stuff went sideways, there was a mis diagnosis and this was during the ice storm so I can’t really fault them too hard. BUT I have to say these guys completely made it right. I mean completely. We had an issue with the ice storm and although the experience was not excellent, the make up was very good. Reasonable pricing but above average customer service. They communicate and they provide updates, technicians quote quickly and don’t waste time with sales pitches. I would say the leadership team is stronger than the service team but overall you won’t be disappointed. Give them a call and I recommend you ask for Link as he will always get back with you. At the end of the day I will be calling them to do more work and install the shower because at this point I can feel comfortable I won’t be left holding the bag. “I can’t say enough about Can Do Plumbing. I called them because our “regular” plumber put us off on a repair they said we really needed, and Can Do made it out the same day. They actually said that what our original plumber said needed fixing was fine, but that we needed a roofer to check for a potential leak. When the roofer found nothing of concern, I called Can Do back out to check one more thing. They ended up on my roof and found a problem that the roofer had missed! They couldn’t fix it, but were able to solve a mystery that another plumbing company, a roofing business, and the water mitigation guy couldn’t figure out. I appreciate their responsiveness, promptness, and professionalism.”

I had thought it was going to be very expensive, but, as always, every time we have used Wilson's over the last 15 years, they have always been fair, and honest. Even noticed something on our new system (installed before we bought our new house) was missing, it was a dust cover that they used tape over, Art and his son in law replaced it without question.
