After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Sweetwater as they seemed more professional and kept in touch with text, email, and phone calls. Kevin, our plumber, kept us notified and worked quickly to properly assess and recommend a replacement water heater, arrive on time, and complete the really hot hard task of wrestling the old water heater out of the attic without damaging our home interior and replacing it with a new one.
