“Well I finally got to meet Sam the plumber. They did some work on my shower and there was still a problem with water leaking. Sam came out inspected and said we will be back don’t worry we will figure It out. I felt surprised how he came out personally to see what was going on. It ended up being something not related to their work. It was something a tile guy had done not Sam the plumber. To see a business owner say don’t worry I’ll take care of it and made me feel I was in good hands really impressed me. I am making this company my official plumbing company for as long as I live in Houston. He is professional, proud of his company, and an awesome master plumber.
