“Nice guys, looks like they did a great job but I won't know until it snows as it was my snowblower I was having serviced. I busted a shear pin and instead of destroying it by fixing it myself I brought it to some pros. Only thing I do now is one of the guys promised me he would call me by last Friday with a status not that I asked him the promise or even guarantee it he volunteered that. He didn't call though. That's why it's only four stars. Also because I haven't tried to use the blower.”

I have been here two years, and my maintenance requests are always completed on time. Management listens to my concerns. The complex is friendly and (mostly) quiet. “I love my apartment. Management has been responsive and incredibly helpful. They honored the one month off from the previous management company. My only issue is the neighbors upstairs are loud at night and this is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars, I work 7am-8pm. When it’s 11pm and there are kids running back and forth with their pets it is frustrating. I understand it is apartment leaving so I have not complained to management. However, it is getting a little out of hand. Other than that, the building is incredibly clean. Management is amazing and sooo helpful. Location is perfect. Olivian feels like home!! I don’t think I would renew when the time comes if the noise upstairs persists.”
