“Forestbrook Apartments has been a lovely place to live. I've been here for 2 years almost and my building is inspected to make sure its safe for me and my family. I watch the maintenance men going around constantly making sure the complex is clean and the residences are happy. Any time there is an issue such as poor water pressure the maintenance crew is eager to come up and help quickly and they always get the job done. The leasing office personnel are very friendly and make you feel at home in the neighborhood usually learning the names of a lot of the people living in the complex. All around a wonderful place to live.”

“Nicest apartment I have had since I moved to Texas 5 years ago, Many different floor plans and are very nicely upgraded with your choice of paint colors and very nice lighting and appliances, Office staff are the best, Barbara and Luis are the best, always take care of any issues you have with a smile on their face, pools are always clean and Fitness center is brand new. Maintenance is good and fix any problems in a timely manner. Gated community and see the security patrol driving through at night and early morning. Plan on staying for a long time as long as they don't raise the rent much like the other communities I have lived in”

“We have fond memories for the short time we lived here in 2016. All of it’s issues make it worthwhile if you LOVE living right on the trails! We were out on our bikes almost every day and the SUNSETS were incredible there! The apartments are older and need some work, but the rent was’t too high. Crime started to be a problem when we left and that’s unfortunate. I’m sure managemt has changed since we were there.”

“This is a very nice and huge apartment complex. There are many floor plans to choose from in various price ranges. The location is good and the people are friendly. “I wanted to wait until I had lived in my new apartment for several months before I wrote a review, from day 1 the office staff Nina, Julia and Monica have been GREAT to say the least! The move in process was quick and professional, the apartment was really nice and spotless when I moved in. Any little issue has been dealt with by the maintenance people that same day or the next. The property is quiet and clean. No place is perfect, but this is a really nice place to live!”

“Staff is friendly. Apartments needs updating. Do not...I repeat...DO NOT rent a unit that sits over garages! Your heating bill will be extremely expensive. The garages are not insulated and they have no interest in wanting to insulate them. It’s like living on a block of ice. Just as an example, I lived in a 1st floor unit here and my heat bill was $55-$60. Now its $300 since I’ve transferred to this other type of unit. Several residents have this same issue. My unit sits on 4 garages.”

The lady working the night of Jan 2 (MICK) was AMAZING.She was very attentive towards me n was very knowledgeable with the products. Also helpful in my decision making process.
