“By far the best apartment complex. I have lived here for 4 & 1/2 years. All of my maintenance requests were resolved that same day. Easy online payment with an app! Apartment manager Shannon is the absolute best, she always made time for me when I had questions. She is the best! They have changed owners at lease 2-3 times and she’s still there. The company that owns them now is so much better. They have renovated the office, gym and pool, to include apartment units. The complex itself has mostly families, no commotion. The pool is never crowded on Sundays, I don’t know why because it is so nice. I definitely recommend living here.”

“I have read the below reviews. First off, Houston is a very complicated place. Always keep urself and ur family safe by not leaving ANYTHING in ur car... This place in comparison to the other apartments around Houston is considerably safe. They have a cop at night to give you comfort. The rent is affordable.. I have been living here for almost one year. The receptionist and property manager are quick to resolve any issues I have. The neighbors are good. I have amazon leave stuff at my front door and never got anything stolen..”

The good things about the property is that it is very well maintained, great parking, maintenance is awesome and great pricing. The only complaint would be since switching over to hardwood style flooring the noise level from neighbors can be quite loud. Other than that my time there was great.”
