“I have lived at 5400 Live Oak for three years now and I absolutely love it here. My pool is amazing and summer time is great. I love my neighbors and my manager Kelly, she's the best. Power Properties has a 24/7 emergency contact number incase of emergency water leaks, toilet back ups, ect... My apartment is two bedroom, one bath, I have hardwood floors and marble counter tops. The landscape is incredible. Palm trees surround the pool area and we also have a hot tub which is very relaxing on a cool day. Our parking lot is covered, never know whats gunna happen with this crazy Texas weather so that's a plus. So far, I have enjoyed my stay with Power Properties.”
