“We had some issues booking but this location fixed all our issues. It was great to stay here. We could see the ocean from our room and it had everything we needed to cook food. The a.c. worked great. It was a short walk to the beach and it was never very busy since it has a private entrance and not many others walked down to the same section. Thank you seascape!”

“I have known this realtor for over twenty years and have always had a good experience using him. We have used him to buy and sell residential and commercial properties and he has always provided excellent service and assistance. He goes out of his way to be accommodating. As anyone who has bought or sold enough property knows, there is always negotiation in the process of buying or selling a property. Ron has done a great job for us in ending this process in our favor. On our last property, he got us the highest number that had ever been negotiated in that subdivision. On another property we are selling, he was able to bring two parties together to make an offer to us on a property that had a difficult lot line encroachment dispute. His negotiation saved us from having to file a lawsuit against one of the parties for building across our property line. Don't pay any attention to the one bad review that woman wrote. That has not at all been our experience with this realtor nor his firm. Does not sound like the bad reviewer has had much experience buying or selling properties. Donna Rains”

“Nice and Relaxing, We just stopped off on the way there and picked up some groceries, snacks and beverages and we had all we needed to cook some homecooked meals. Overlooking the big pool and enjoying the sun and cool breeze in the evening. Located perfectly between the busy beach and more secluded beach to west I can't wait to go back and relax again. I highly recommend the Galveston Pelican Watch Condo. I expect any of the other 6 condos offered by Galveston Tropical Condos are awesome as well but so pleased with this one that I will stay here again.”

The condo was extremely well equipped and everything was updated. Entire complex is very dof friendly. If questions cone up, owner responds in minutes, not hour or days.
