“Update: we were contacted by a few people that were very willing to work with us. I am pleased with the outcome as it felt fair, I would like to think that it would’ve happened even if I didn’t post this review. Will be adjusting my rating. Edit: Gave our move out notice within the allotted time frame, someone in the office lost the letter and now months after the lease was done with I get a bill for $2,500. How about some organization in your office? Stop losing paperwork. Its not my fault you have a incompetent leasing office. Ana and Ariana were the reason we chose to move in to these apartments. They were extremely helpful and were there for every step. Apartment unit I moved into was newly remodeled and we plan on staying here for a while. Complex is nice and quiet and well maintained.”

“We were going g yo move both my parents in but my dad passed away before hand. The facility is beautiful, the driver of the van which takes residents to the store is also a handy man and will hang items for residents. He is exceptionally kind to e everyone. The residents are offered a lot of engaging activities that they can choose to participate in. The only complaint I have is that the rent is quite high and they regularly raise the rent to keep up with market conditions. This is tough for people like my mom who only has a meager pension and surviving SSI as income. I understand that this is a business ess and they have a lovely facility, but with my dad passing away a week before they were both to move in, it's making it financially impossible for my mom to stay there. I would strongly suggest that people planning to move into this facility have a large nest eg to live on, as it is not cheap to live there. You do get a beautiful apartment and facility and security but it all comes at a cost.”
