“READ ALL OF IT PLEASE Not a nice place to live. No security and at night not a very disereable place to walk around in. Some drug dealers live here, but nobody seems to care. Rent is a bit high for how bad the apartments are in. Maintenance is horrible, but they try to thumbs up for that. During the winter Hot water is at times not available. If you are broke and need a place to stay, hey why not. . . . . UPDATED August 1, 2017 so recently new owner have bought the property. Amazingly they have upgrade many things and fixed a lot of issues. They are repainting everything and cleaning the whole place up. They also put new asphalt in the parking lot, so no more pot holes. New gate in parking lot. Rent did go up. Only problem I have is the lady in the office who trys to talk to you in a condensending way. As if she is better than you, she has no customer service skills. I dislike her, but other than that the new owners are great and kicked out many of the problematic people. Also they got new maintenance and they seem to be doing a good job. I can honestly say the owners changed the apartments from one day to the next. *Only thing these apartments NEED is a security guard at night. ”

“Yes my heat had gone out and my Nest appendage showed NOTHING! it was middle of night. The folks at nest were extremely kind, but the 24 hour maintenance at Greenhouse Apts were Awesome!! I called, the gentleman came, quick fix and showed me what to do in case it happens in future! Extremely pleased and very grateful!!”
