“If you’re looking for a place to live, look no further! I lived here for over 3 years and it was the best living experience ever! Unfortunately, we had to move out of state due to my husband’s job. The community manager, Angie, is wonderful and cares so much about the community and the residents. The communication between the office and residents is outstanding! We would get an email or text about upcoming projects, reminders, etc. The office staff is very pleasant, dedicated and responsive. The maintenance team is professional, respectful and responds quickly to all work orders. The grounds are very well kept. They have several floor plans to choose from and the location is in a booming area with everything at your fingertips. I read the negative reviews and you just can’t please everyone. There are always going to be Debbie downers and negative Nancys. I’ve transferred twice on property and my neighbors had nothing but positive things to say about this community. “My wife and I used to live in these apartments for 2 years with our newborn daughter. When we first moved in, it was under different ownership and it was run horribly. HOWEVER, around a year ago, Valiant Residential took over and the difference has been night and day! Kira is the regional property manager and she has been extremely helpful. Priscilla is the assistant property manager and she has been great dealing with the day to day. If I ever have a maintenance issue, Chris Kelso is always on it within a day or two. He is the nicest guy. I am very thankful for this staff and would recommend this property to anyone in the area!”

“I have been at the Yardarm for almost four years and things have drastically changed since I first moved in. Things are handled way better than before. Ownership and management has changed for the better. They put in a new gym and dog park so thats really cool. Anne and Rose in the office are very nice and easy to talk to you if you have any problems. They have been here as long as I have. The other apartments I lived in the staff was always changing and no one knew what was going on. No big maintence problems for me. My ac wasnt cooling good when it was over 90 degrees outside but maintence was on call and it was fixed the next day.”

They moved in after some very hard experiences for our family and it is my mom's first home without my dad, who passed away suddenly last year. My mom and sister are so happy here. The rent is affordable and they have been so impressed by the quick response of the office and maintenance. They don't have any major issues with noise. I pick her up for work every day and I'm always pleased with how the complex is kept up. I'm perfectly comfortable with my children staying with her when she babysits.
