“Michelle is such a great host and was super accommodating with an early check-in request. We loved the little guide book that they had in the house that gave great recommendations for nearby activities, groceries, and restaurants. The location is perfect with plenty to do nearby and is close enough to San Antonio for a day in the city. Even though there are multiple rental properties on-site, you still feel super secluded and can enjoy some quiet time. Our dog loved the house and running around the property taking in all the fresh air! The house itself is so clean with up-to-date appliances and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was perfect, I think we used it at least once every day of our stay! We love this place and will definitely be back many more times!!”

“Jennifer Bradshaw was an amazing agent to work with! When we first decided to list our home here in Rockport we interviewed several agents from different companies. We decided to go with one who boasted that they had many investors with cash offers lined up for houses just like ours. The house sat on the market with very little interest. We took it off the market for a bit. When we decided to re-list I contacted Jennifer. Instead of being bitter that we didn't choose her the first time she took us on as if we were just meeting for the first time again, no hard feelings. She came over and met with us at the house and walked us through everything and helped us come up with a price that was competitive with the current market. She was very knowledgeable and professional but also made us very comfortable like talking to a good friend. We had a full price offer on our house before we even finished signing the contract with her!! Her listing, the photos, and the description were perfect. Her yard sign was perfect with a brochure stand included for people driving by! The brochures were completely gone within a few days and we had MANY offers on the table. Jennifer helped us to set a date and time to review all offers and helped us to pick the one that fit our expectations the best. Every SINGLE detail we were kept informed throughout the process. She was very patient as my husband was in another state working so almost EVERYTHING she told me, I asked her to call and explain it to him as well so we were on the same page and she was excellent about keeping us all in the loop! I also had A LOT of questions along the way and texted her quite a bit. Did I mention the word patient?? Jennifer met us at closing and even brought an unexpected gift for us with a very sweet and personal Thank you card. After we had closed she learned that we had not been able to find our cat to take with us and we had been out to the property many times looking for her. As soon as the other agent told her the cat had come back Jennifer rushed over to the property to try to get her for us. At this point we had closed, our contract was done. She was not at all obligated to go out of her way to do that, but she DID!! It's the little things that truly make her an excellent agent to work with!! Side note- She also sold my mom's property in Rockport in less than 24 hours!! If you're wondering if you should choose her as an agent I would say absolutely YES!! We would definitely use her again. Also, the office they work out of is BEAUTIFUL!”

“Our family needed to rent an apartment for a few months as we were completing the construction of our new home. With the help of our realtor, we found Avanti Hills at the Galleria and were so glad we did. The property is extremely well maintained, attractive, clean and quiet. It has a beautiful pool area, excellent exercise room, and the convenience of an attached covered parking garage. You are also in easy walking distance to the Galleria, and can enjoy the 2.0 mile trail around the property if you just want to get outside. Avanti Hills is very friendly to tenants and pets. Tenants were nice and seem to appreciate the quality of the place. Our apartment was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. Modern appliances. Everything worked . If we had a maintenance issue (and they were small), management responded very quickly and professionally. Bottom line: this is a very, very nice apartment complex...whether you are looking for a short-term stay or as a long-term residence. We met several long-term residents during our six-month stay, and they spoke highly of Avanti Hills. That says it all to us.”

Can work here picking up stuff from the storage or arranging our stuff without any disturbances since the place is quite isolated from the City area but only for few minutes and not a long time. High ceilings but no ventilation that is a Biggest Minus Point..... We feel too sick after working inside for few minutes. It even stinks without proper Ventilation.”
