“We found this place after we left Venture X. This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and the offices are so quiet. The one large upgrade is that each office has it's own AC/Heater unit which can be programed to the temperature we enjoy instead of having a normal shared thermostat with other offices. We have been here for six months and will be renewing.”

Maintenance guys are soo awesome and friendly. They did change management shortly after I moved here, in August 2022, and they have been wonderful with anything that I have needed to inquire about. We had plenty of space to play inside and out, and everyone loved the pool table, TV's, swimming pool, and the hot tub. The house was beautifully decorated and we loved the master bedroom and bathroom. I wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this incredible get away.”

“I just got fixed my AC... thanks Robert Maintenance Guy. In the past more than 1 year ago my Bed Room AC not working at all. It is very hard during summer time. I requested the technician come to look and fix but unfortunately they cant fix it . They came many times but still cant fix. Now the New Management take over the apartment and i try to requested again. This time they did it. they had the best technician who was name Robert.
