“Best Roof in Town (BRIT) replaced our roof after a hail storm that hit Leander in April (on our wedding weekend no less!). I decided to work with them since they were local to our neighborhood and the Leander area. Both Bonner and Ashley were super responsive and friendly throughout the process, from inspection all the way to the repair date. Due to high demand and supply shortages, BRIT kept me informed as we waited for our drop date to be scheduled, and even offered to upgrade my shingle material to complete our roof in a more timely manner. Once we had our date scheduled, the roof was completed in 1 day, with our gutter installation that following week. Efficient and quality work! On the day of the repair, we did run into an issue with a water pipe leak due to the line being installed too close to the roof boards when the home was built. I happened to be out of town that day, and I'm very appreciative that Bonner came to the house to help my wife respond the the water issues and help get mitigation measures started. This was my first homeowner's experience dealing with a roof claim, and I felt completely informed and comfortable throughout the process. Bonner and Ashley entertained all of my questions without hesitation. Most importantly, since we did end up filing a separate insurance claim for the issues caused by the pipe, they cut us a deductible credit to help out with the additional unexpected costs. “We had Santex Roofing replace our roof and we were very impressed with the whole process. Alonso (co-owner) was responsive to our initial inquiry, always on time to our arranged meetings and very professional throughout the whole process. Communication was thorough and consistent. The price we paid for our roof was well below two other quotes we had received from two reputable companies here in San Antonio. The actual replacement only took one day and the crew was very professional and friendly. They took the time to do the little things like sending us pictures and putting tarps around the entire perimeter of our house and over our landscaping to catch nails and then do a magnet sweep after to catch any strays. When they made a mistake they were honest about it, apologetic and fixed it within two hours that same day. Alonso also came to do a final inspection 3 days later and to provide further details about why the mistake they made occurred (primarily a builder shortcoming). Overall, we found it very refreshing to have a company show up for meetings on time, communicate well and follow through on what they promised . We wholeheartedly recommend their services.”
