“Gabriel from Pledge came to my house after I filed a roof claim for hail damage with my insurance company while selling my home. Once he was finished inspecting the roof, and insurance agreed to cover it, he provided me a quote same day. Since he was part of the managed repair network of my insurance carrier it made managing payment even easier. Pledge was able to get out to the home and take care of the roof, gutter, screens and chimney damage incredibly quickly and with high quality repairs which helped me to move forward without missing my deadlines. After the work was complete Gabriel also made sure to go over all of the warranty information so I could pass that on to the buyers for their peace of mind. ““5 Star Plus for HUTTO ROOFING Co.” Kevin & Keith are dependable, honest and hardworking. Kevin was our roofing specialists/project manager; he was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. Kevin had my best interest in mind throughout the project and was a pleasure to work with. He came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof and all other areas of my property. He took the time to show me some overdue maintenance that needed my immediate attention and some other areas of my property that would soon need some attention, I appreciate this. Kevin met with the insurance adjuster because the adjuster left several damaged and/or associated item off of the insurance adjuster original estimate. Once the adjuster agreed to the additional areas of damage, Kevin immediately scheduled the replacement of my roof with a new Roofing System with a great warranty. Kevin and or one of the crew leaders were always on the job making sure everything was continuously picked up and taking video/ pictures throughout the installation so I could see that I was getting exactly what I was paying for plus a little more. Kevin said that protecting the property and cleanup is a high priority and he wasn’t joking, I only found one nail in our shrubs. He did a quality control inspection, I am so pleased. My insurance co. and mortgage co. were very slow sending out the final payment, Kevin and Hutto Roofing assisted me when needed and were very patient. Our house looks great and my wife is happy. “Roman Roofing & More re-roofed our house with high quality GAF products to the new 130 mph standard in Pearland, Brazoria County. He and his staff did a great job from start to finish. His staff showed real determination to get us our first choice in shingles even though they had to expand their search way outside the Houston area. The entire roof was done in one day: taking off the old shingles, replacing damaged roof decking, applying the underlayment and flashing, and the shingles, and cleaning up and hauling away. He arranged for the Texas Dept. of Ins. Windstorm Inspector to inspect and certify our roof so we can insure our house from wind and storm damage through the Texas Wind Insurance Association. That was very important to us. We also contracted him to refinish our chimney. The results look super good. It really makes a difference in the appearance of our house. Because he used GAF products according to the manufacturer, we also got an additional warranty from the GAF company. Thanks Jose "Beto" and Jessica!”
