“We have lived here coming up to a year next month. Of all the places we looked this was the one we chose at last minute and we have not regretted it since. Yes they do background checks and charge you but if you have nothing to hide than you wouldn't have a issue with that because some of the RV parks we looked at it was clear they did not do background checks and they were trashed. The owner takes good care of the property and is constantly working on it to keep it nice, clean and comfortable for short term and long term RV'ers. Manager is awesome, informative on RV's and helpful on issues that arise. They are very strict on their rules and anyone violating the simple rules put in place are out. We love this because it is very quiet and very safe and there are no shenanigans going on. The only negative thing I can say is we do not receive mail there. Otherwise, perfect place, perfect cost. You pay lot and electric with that you don't pay for water or sewage. You get free cable and wifi. Pool area is set up beautifully and you can swim, BBQ and play music. They also have a fishing pond.”

“The 5 stars is for the wonderful people I lived around for a year. I had to move because my boyfriend, & the father of my child died June 25th. I sold my rv in payments to a couple in lot 28 and they continuously didn’t pay me their payments on time. I was so very nice to them, letting them slide. They’re now rude and drink ridiculously and take drugs, they have no respect for my personal belongings. Best thing you guys should do is evict them because they’re evil, manipulative people. Don’t take my word for it just talk to them and you’ll see it. These are people you DON’T want in the RV Park.”

“PLEASE STOP WITH THE MANAGER CHANGING! In the 4 years I’ve lived here we’ve had 5, yes, FIVE different managers. Robyn wasn’t too bad, but she was almost NEVER in the office or she’d close it early. Heather, our current manager has been doing an amazing job and is trying to make sure EVERYONE is following the same community rules. She’s the only one to give better lighting in the community, cameras are now set up towards the front, I’ve seen her many times on my own cameras patrolling late at night passed midnight. Please keep her around longer this time, I’m glad she lives on property for any emergencies.”

“Very nice amenities - pool, courts, mini golf, etc. Restroom/bathhouse very clean. Sites a little close together and too little shade. A lot of long-term, permanent RVs so can be hard to find a good site. Good lake access but it's pretty far from most sites. Staff is helpful and friendly.”

“Exceptionally well kit houses are beautiful there I know they're trailer houses but they're really kept well they are the really beautiful the places really nice the pond needs water but it's always kept very clean cars go by there quite a bit too fast they need a sign or they need somebody standing after there's too many kids that are playing out there in the roads and these crazy guys are up and down just in the trucks blazing like if it's on the highway so that needs to be done about that other than that everything is fine”

“Great for a family outing, camping, swimming and fishing. I personally have been swimming and fishing the Medina River for 40yrs. I have caught up to 50lb catfish, 18lb bass, 8lb river perch out of this part of the river. Living only a mile away I love camping here. It's clean and maintained nicely. Quiet and just a good place to slow down in life and enjoy nature... I highly recommend visiting this beautiful park.”

Yesterday on the third street kids were thawing rocks at kids , lady went out to tell them to quit and they just ingnore her, say they don't care. Parents don't tell there kids anything.”

“Pretty close together and maneuvering to park the RV is a bit tricky but the Park itself is very nice & clean (concrete pads, paved roadway). They have a laundromat and storage area for RV residents to use as well as for public. The RV Park is close to everything and the area is decent. Rates are very reasonable. Long term availability, but I would call ahead.”

“My husband and I were in the area about 2 months ago, and we needed a place to stay for a short period while my husband interviewed with some of the local plants. The new owner, who I believe was named Paul, was very kind and accommodating, he allowed us to stay at the park while we were in the area. He even came by one morning with coffee to see if we were enjoying our stay. The park itself was beautiful, right on the river and just down the road from Phillips 66. We could see ourselves living here full time! If the job at Phillips 66 come through, we will definitely be back!!”

“Well maintained park that is not far from I-10. Gore propane is just a few miles north on 563 from this location. The city of Anahuac is about 6 miles south on 563. The park it's self is very nice. Showers, laundromat, and a Bar and Grill also located on the property. Lots of shade trees and very quite. Well worth the stop. Prices are very reasonable.”
