“Nice clean RV resort, nice amenities. A little strict with rules...we got reprimanded for driving 10mph when the speed limit was 5mph. Pool hours don't allow kids after 8pm. A lot of long term residents. Quiet. There was a stray puppy loose the first night and day but otherwise dogs are leashed. No recycling available. Very nice pool and hot tub, pool table, free popcorn. Would stay again!”

“Mike came out after Discount Mobile RV repair charged me 75.00 for a service call and then told me Shane who had more experience would be calling to come out and fix my fuel pump. He came out I went and got the parts he put my fuel pump on it cranks right up. I paid him the 300.00 he left I pulled up to gas pump and put 30.00 worth of gas on the ground. I called and texted with no response from Shane so I called Kenny who was the person hired to complete the work he said that Shane doesn't work for him so he wasn't responsible. I am so happy with Mike he even followed me to the gas station to make sure the work was completed properly. I will let everyone know how awesome you are and send all my work your way.”

“I just wanted to update that after living here for almost 2 years we still couldn't be happier! The staff here makes this park a joy to live at. Thank you to Christi, Donna, Peggy, Lynette, Adrian & everybody else who work together here! Keep up the good work! We really like it here, we enjoy the fishing pond, playground & pool. They have 16 washers & dryers, $1.25 ea. A quarter machine in the laundry room & a soda & snack machine as well. I tried to include pictures but they are not showing up.. Very friendly, laid-back atmosphere. There is plenty of overflow parking provided around the park. The maintenence men work hard all day every day. It is all gravel, not paved. Very family & pet friendly, with an amazing dog park! Over all I look forward to staying here for a long while! Very close to several really nice parks & libraries & to Katy.”

“Awesome. Neil Bess has done an amazing job on this rv park! He has served the community above and beyond for many decades. It was a definite pleasure to visit with him and see his rv park. He works on it everyday year round. Even plants vegatable gardens for his renters. Also provides an excellent washer and dryer area. Very nice and reasonably priced.”

The manager makes everyone new feel welcomed she's also fair and very professional she's new here but treats everyone fairly has also made good changes in the park it's alot cleaner then it was and we have new site's avalible to rent. This place is definitely worth exploring if you have need of a safe place to park or live in your RV / Mobile home in South Dallas...there is a tiny House that found a nice place there ! I like driving through seeing a sense of community and I see that the animals are well cared for + they are happy also seem to be a few welcome kitties to make you feel at home. I get a sense that everyone has a job to do at this place and that is looking out for their neighbor. Yes the roads are a little rough and bumpy due to hauling big homes up hills which also give it character.. definitely some funny people definitely some animal people and definitely management that has their eye out to protect it's domain. “Love it here, so far. It's quiet for the most part, you do hear occasional gunshots but they're not coming from inside Lake Village. The people are friendly and keep to themselves. The sheriff's do patrol by pretty frequently but I think it's more to just check things out, nothing serious.”
