The front desk staff was very nice and this super nice guy at the reception told me that despite of my late arrival they would still give me 1 full hour of massage. This place has an amazing outdoor area with plenty of seating. They have a little bar room in the back and the staff here is very friendly. In fact, that was my favorite part. The people that work here were so nice and very attentive. They did an amazing job. The whole place looks really nice and they even have a restaurant inside. I can’t say I fully recommend until I stay here a night but based on my experience being here, I would say give it a shot! Rates seem to be fairly good as of when I’m writing this but you may want to check for yourself. I will update review when I stay here.”

“Dr. Hermann and his staff are incredible! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he takes his time with each patient to educate which is so helpful. I met with other doctors but they were all in it for the money and it was evident, this was quite the opposite because Dr. Hermann is passionate about what he does and truly wants his patients to be happy. When I met with other doctors they were willing to do procedures that I didn’t even need, however Dr. Hermann gave me his honest opinion and only did what he (and I) felt best. Now I did see other reviews mentioning wait times in his office… try to be patient! This isn’t a large office with a lot of staff, is smaller and more intimate which is much better! You get to know the staff and they get to know you, you’ll see how much they truly care and go above and beyond. If you’re looking for cosmetic procedures look no further!”

“UPDATE: January 23rd I got a call from Gloss nails and they apologized profusely for my experience. They then invited me to come back in so they could fix my nails. I do really appreciate this gesture, but I was still a little hesitant. In the end, I wanted to give them a fair chance and went back in today. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my nails. They redid both my manicure and pedicure, and they nail tech who did the work was very sweet. Thank you to Gloss for doing this. I really appreciate it. ORIGINAL POST: I’ve gone to this nail salon a few times in the past with pretty good results. Today, though, I can’t say I’m happy at all with my mani/pedi. My manicure (a gel manicure) looks OK overall, but I can tell that the nail tech didn’t go all the way to the end of the nail tips with the polish, and I know this will impact how long this manicure lasts. The pedicure, though, is a disaster. It felt great and the lady was very nice, but she had a problem with my pinky toe on my one foot and just kept adding more polish on it. I looked closely at it when I got home and there was a huge blob of thick polish on the nail that smeared all over the toe next to it. Looking at other nails, they’re cut unevenly and the polish on all of them looks lumpy. And with the prices they charged, it really should be perfect. I can’t say I’ll be going back.”
