Bellhops Movers no showed on us and refused to take any responsibility — our pipes burst, house flooded so we were on a tight schedule, really in a bind. So happy someone recommended Simpler Moving! I spoke with Layne and even though they had a fully booked week he was determined to fit us in next day; he really empathized with our situation. He sent a team of four in the late afternoon and they knocked the job out super quickly and professionally. Before starting we walked through the house and the guys noted what was going/staying + any other specifications. The foreman was in constant communication making sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and all the guys were incredibly nice and friendly. “this location is easily located right off of i-95 North. The parking lots are well-lit and there was plenty of parking available. The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good. Would recommend this as an easy off-ramp hotel that has quality and that is not shady. Prices were very reasonable. They are conveniently located to fast food establishments such as Wendy's Arby's and McDonald's”

“Just moved in this storage recently due to my previous storage went up in price. So far I am liking it. When I first went in, had an issue with my unit but was able to exchange it with no problem. Was able to interact a bit with the staff and seemed very pleasant. The storage itself is very clean and the area is pretty spacious. The only thing is the elevator by our unit has no light in it which makes it a bit creepy. Won’t be using it at night. Other than that would def recommend:)”

From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.”
