“I absolutely love this place!!! I had to be out of my house almost immediately and Precious Space Storage was there with affordable storage available. They make the whole storage rental process very stress free in the most stressful situations. I called ahead and the first month was only 10 more than the monthly fee. They gave me my access code and unit number over the phone once I had said I wanted it. My contract was in the unit waiting for me when I arrived initially. Fill it out and place payment and completed contract in the drop box and payment is due no later than the 10th every month. After the 10th, only $ 10 for a late charge is applied. Very friendly and 24 hour access along with round the clock video surveillance, awesome, amazing, dependable... All around I love this place :) And if you are in need of a excellent storage facility and live in or around the wise county area... hands down this is the place...”

They were professional, responded quickly to any questions we had and on moving day made it as seamless and stress free as possible. They handled all of our furniture with care, including several antique pieces while being quick at the same time. The guys were friendly, experienced and worked hard to get all of our furniture moved out and then placed perfectly into our new home. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again if needed! They may have reported us to be highlighted on the show hoarders after seeing all our stuff but we have thought about submitting ourselves after this move. 😜”

I don't think people would have a problem with them if they keep up their payments or at least keep in touch with them if you need to make some type of payment arrangements. No high pressure sales trying to get me to get a more expensive unit which I’ve had at other storage facilities. She also didn’t try to take my money and kick me out the door. They were always quick to return my calls and they worked with me and showed me grace when I fell on hard times when other places would have sold my stuff. Chelsey is so kind and helpful every time I call or come in someone is always there. It’s a clean facility with gated access and in a good neighborhood. These guys really are amazing!
