“The residents of Country Estates have endured the abuse of transients, drugs, theft and assault due to this establishment and is compiling resources to file suit against Cedar Creek Lake RV & Mobile Home Park LLC due to the loss of property values due to the eyesore nature of the park. Hopefully they will build a 10’ tall privacy fence so as to cordon off the residents from Country Estates to prevent legal action from the community. Without compliance, further legal action will be taken so as to make this park financially insolvent as Country Estates has far more resources than one LLC. Avoid this place at all costs- the rent is cheap for a reason folks.”

“Elise and Steve are by far the nicest and most respectful storage owners I’ve ever met. They were so helpful with any questions I had about what size units and the pricing. They walked me through the online application. When we went to find the unit there was a cute gift bag with locks included. I say locked because this and other units had two entrances!!! That’s a first for sure but exciting. I loved the concrete pad and the lights could be turned on at each door which stayed on a timer. The facility was easy to enter and load and unload at. Absolutely miss my storage family!!”

“I'm a customer, not a driver - so please filter out the driver reviews when reading. Kay and her team at Delta Logistics was absolutely wondering in helping me palletize ~24 containers that were floor loaded in China and helped give me a referral to a local trucking company that was able to do the local delivery. Our original warehouse would not accept floor loaded containers, so we hired Delta Logistics to process both Hazardous Materials (alcohol-based Hand Sanitizer) as well as non HazMat disinfecting wipes for ultimate delivery to our customer's 3rd party warehouse. Kay was able to handle a large workload in a short amount of time, get the labor together, and prepare all the documents with little need from me. the prices were extremely fair and reasonable give that many other warehouses were backed up due to COVID delays. I am very grateful for Kay, Dan, and the entire team at Delta Logistics.”
