Cynthia had completed her admin tasks and the email sent confirming my cancellation was in my inbox within minutes. i gave two days notice and wasn't charged any fees. once the cancellation is finalized by Public Storage staff, your online account is also deleted and you will no longer have access to it. i wanted to remove the payment info i had stored, but was unable to do so. thank you for making this entire experience stress-free! * * * i've been a customer at this location for two years and CJ has never disappointed me! the units are well insulated and free from insects. thank you for providing a secure place to store my treasured valuables!”
