“This location is newer and is in a good area. There is an entrance from the side road as well. Ordering is mainly done through kiosk. You can order at the counter and they have been quick with my orders so far. My main reason for this review is the manager, Andrew. He REALLY goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one. He has helped me navigate the app and double checks my order. Mind you, I do go inside for the majority of my orders. Hillas had what I needed in several widths and weights. Also, unlike big U, they offer will call pickup which can save you tons on bulky items. The dealership would’ve charged me four times that much. “Mel at Peepaw's Pool has taken care of our pool for years - I think it's going on 7 now. He's incredibly knowledgeable about the chemicals and the equipment, and will always try to recommend a cost-effective solution to a problem. We have drainage issues that cause our pool to get more than normal levels of groundwater and debris after a strong Texas rain, and he's gone above and beyond just the normal maintenance to get our pool back to normal when that happens. “Where to begin. Well I guess from beginning, I reached out to their team via email asking about getting a set of heads redone. They responded quickly and answered all my stupid questions. When time came to drop off the heads I was greeted by the staff. I had the pleasure of sitting with the production manger who took the time to chat with me about my build and goals for the project. He made me feel just as important as the guy who had them build a 4000hp all billet aluminum engine for. Now fast forward a few weeks to the day I picked up my heads. They were in one of the coolest boxes I’ve ever seen. Packaging and care of these heads were top notch. When I opens the box I was in complete awww. The attention to detail was out this world. The pictures don’t do them justice. The polish and engraving alone took a set of stock castings to the next level. If you are looking for a freakishly awesome company to do your machine work call Frankenstein Engine Dynamics. One last thing price point, they are right in line with those other folks, but I can guarantee they aren’t doing what FED does. See pics below.”
