“I used to love this place, not anymore. I don't know if they have changed owners or what but the service sucks lately. They've had a young woman and man there, they don't seem to trained very well. When the old man and the big younger man were there it was great. I haven't seen either in a year now and these new guys have no idea of what they are doing. I have a item in pawn right now, the monthly interest on it is $20.00, in the past I would renew it for another month, $20.00, when I couldn't afford to pay in full and get item back. Last month the new guys told me I had to do 2 months at a time raising the amount to $40.00, I paid the $40 and they put it towards the final cost leaving me with the original due date. Total incompetence. I'm buying my item back this week and I hope to never set foot in this store again. It's worse than Cash America, and they are the absolute worst in the industry.”

“First off these guys are great to deal with. Exceptional customer service. I got the SIGPRO Softy 4' x 7' Golf Mat and the Golf Simulator Impact Screen - SIGPRO™ Premium 8' x 8' 1 to 1 resolution. Very happy with both. This is my first Sim and I built it and researched the myriad of places to get the components. Extremely happy to have picked the Indoor Golf Shop. The matt is thick, around 2.25" and perfect, great feel and a great hitting surface. You can use regular tees as well, no problem. 4x7 was enough for my Sim space. My dimensions are 98" wide, 107" high (trouble hitting driver here and bump the ceiling with some irons) and 8ft deep. I did not have room for the high aspect ratio screens and was really worried what the 1to1 aspect would look like. But this screen is perfect and everything that I needed. When I first took it out of the box I was amazed at the material, soft and durable feel. I read a lot of positive reviews on the screen and fully agree!”
