They had the same trailers offered by another dealer at substantially lower costs. Jerry was very knowledgable about the product and very easy to work with. It would be a 1000 mile drive for me to purchase from them and Jerry sent videos of everything on the trailer showing that everything was in working order. “A+++ We knew the quartz that we were looking for before walking into wholesale Granite. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they not only carried Cambria Quartz but they had a sample onsite in Portrush!!! Chris the owner just happened to be at the Granbury location the day we stopped in. He was wonderful to work with. He took time answering all of our questions and sent us home with a sample so that we could see it in our space. When it came time to measure our kitchen Chris came out and measured our space to get the template going. Once our slabs were shipped Rachael imported the images and sat down with me to get the veining positioned the way we wanted them as well as taking the time to help with picking the edging for our backplash and our sink. On install day the 2 guys that came out to demo and install the new counters did a wonderful job. They didn't make a huge mess during demo, they vacuumed up the dust and everything once they finished up! Demo was done and new counters were installed in 1 day!!! The next day was backsplash install. One of the main things I wanted to make sure was done a certain way was in the corners where the tile was going to be installed. I wanted 1 tile to be halved and installed on each side so that it looked semectrical. Hope stopped by both days to check on the progress and take pics. I went over the backsplash with her and she made sure it was relayed before Jose showed up the next morning to start on the backsplash. When Jose showed up he knew exactly what we were wanting! He did a great job on the backsplash, it was exactly what we were wanting. We had a couple hiccups along the way but everyone at Wholesale Granite did a great job stepping in and getting things corrected. Our kitchen is still a work in progress but we absolutely love our counters and backsplash!”
